I came here 02/05/2024 to get new brakes. I ended up paying for brakes and rotors, which is fine, but my car started making all this new noise that got worse to the point I brought it back to them on 02/07/2024.They told me my motor mount was broken, and I was advised that I had to take it to a dealership because they had the part. I once again paid for their service, thinking that I just had bad luck.The day after that, I took my car to High Point Mitsubishi. Within an hour, the mechanic called me, letting me know that I have been driving on barely functioning brakes this whole time. Whoever worked on my car that first time had completely botched the job. He also let me know that there wasn't even anything wrong with the motor mount.I was given the option for NTB to tow my car and "work" on my car again, and I decided to let the dealership fix their shoddy work instead of risking a THIRD visit in one week.When I went back to NTB for a refund, I had to argue because they tried saying that because the brakes were under warranty, I should have let them tow it and fix it. Once I showed a picture the other mechanic gave me, the tone switched fast. Then I had to argue over the second day's refund: they were trying to tell me they fixed a "squealing" I had, which I didn't. I had grinding from the brakes, which I guess they didn't even bother to check and let me drive off.Maybe this location was great at one point, but I'm never coming back. I've attached the photos the mechanic sent me, so you can see for yourself. One picture is showing how the brake is barely making contact, and the other picture is how it wasn't even put on properly and a piece broken. NTB let me drive around like this, putting me in danger.

My car's front tire had a slow leak from a nail in it. I went to the NTB on Battleground where I bought the tires and their complete road hazard insurance package. They told me the tire couldn't be repaired and they ordered a new tire so I made an appointment for the day after the tire would be available. When I arrived for the appointment they said the tire didn't come in; no apology or reason for having me come in for nothing. So we made a new appointment...and the same thing happened again. So then the service manager said I needed to buy 2 new tires and also said I needed to rebuy the road hazard insurance, which would all cost $340. When I complained about the price (since I had previously bought their insurance) they cut the price to $147. By this time I didn't trust anything they said. I went to another auto repair shop who fixed my tire for $40 and it was all good. I will never go back to NTB on Battleground.
