The guys at the trusted Valcoline here showed me that the tire was fine and demonstrated no infiltration of the tire with water. I trust their opinion and they do not try to rip you off here. “I came to the auto center after having issues with my car all day. Thought it was one thing, wasn’t it and so on. Finally was confident that it had to be the battery. Got to the auto center around 4:15pm, talked to the gentleman who was working the register (couldn’t see a name tag). He got my car back, tested the battery and yup… needed a new one! Needless to say, up until that point I was having a rough day with trying to figure out what was wrong, though the gentleman that helped me was SO KIND! Not only that, but it did get busy and he was working the front, talking to customers all by himself.
Again, I never saw a name tag but he was a younger black gentleman.
As a college student who is away from home it was really nice to have such a helpful, understanding and kind person helping me.
The gentleman who helped me deserves something for his great attitude and customer service!
If anything is to ever happen to my car again, I’ll be bringing it back to Walmart Auto Center.”
