“UPDATE - I contacted CSR as requested in the reply to my post. Within the day I received call from store manager. He listened. He confirmed what I was saying and luckily I didn't buy the paint the day before because it wasn't right. He had the right paint ready for me the next day. Kudos for the follow up/making it right. ORIGINAL - If you want to be talked down to and treated like you are ignorant, please shop here. And funny thing, I'm not the only customer here and the next person is being treated the same. Very arrogant and rude. I love SW paint and will remain a SW customer....just not at this store.”

“Although I have shopped at S-W stores off and on for about a decade, today was my first visit to the Gate City Blvd store. The experience was great! McKenna and Crystal were pleasant and very helpful. McKenna worked with me about the specific paint I wanted and their knowledge of the products was substantial. I left the store feeling confident that I was getting exactly what I needed. Also of note: The store was very clean, bright, and organized. There was an ample supply of paint brushes and supplies from my favorite brands. No more going to Home Labyrinth for my painting needs where it's hard to get knowledgeable help! This will be my go-to store for paint supplies going forward.”
“The SW Emerald products are the best. And yesterday I had to go to the College Rd location after finding out the West Market location only serves commercial enterprises. I’m glad I did! Great service. I had to get an exterior paint which I had never done before. The employee did not complicate the issue but I got the answer I needed. Also, it is SO MUCH EASIER to go there and not have to park at a big box store and wait forever and deal with indifferent big box employees.”
“They needed to do warranty work for me, but the warranty company doesn't communicate well. The service guys noticed the confusion I had when they came to work on my floor and got me a wonderful professional, Jessica, who willingly answered all of my questions and provided me contact info for future reference. I am so pleased with their kindness and customer service! The strip of missing floor is the before photo. It is perfect!”

“Top-tier customer service from Kate and Tray! I’m repainting the interior and exterior of my house and I needed A LOT of help with choosing the right colors, type of paint, and getting the right supplies. I was honestly overwhelmed but Kate patiently answered all of my questions and helped me come up with a game plan. I came back a few days later to purchase paints and all the supplies and Kate and Tray were tremendously helpful and knowledgeable. This is now my go-to store for all my paint projects.”
