I was in this part of town and dropped in to get a bag of dog food. With 5 rescue Yorkies, they eat "so much" dog food.. (sarcasm). Because I had been on the road so much running errands, I needed to go to the bathroom. Just to powder my nose, of course. While there, I immediately noticed the paper towel dispenser on the wall was broken. So, I took a look around. There were 2 stalls. One did not even have a TP holder. What?!?! . The bathroom is the reason for deducting two stars. Thexrest of the store was fine. Everything was neat and orderly. In fact, I did not see anything out of place anywhere. Kudos for that. The two employees I spoke with were polite and helpful. Overall, everything was great except for the bathroom.

I placed an online order for pickup. It was ready quickly and when I arrived at the store the staff was friendly and helpful. Prices seem to be comparable to other sources of pet supplies.

I can absolutely see why so many negative reviews are about the grooming salon. I brought my two dogs in to be groomed and I fully accept and admit that they were matted and I’m well aware that incurs extra fees. My problem however was not the fact that they were trying to charge me over $150 per dog but with the attitude of one groomer in particular. Erica had a horrible attitude from yelling about how she didn’t have another appointment today (which she did) to her huffing and puffing, slamming things and muttering things she thought I couldn’t hear under her breath. The salon lead I think came in and verified the pricing but I was so put off by the disrespect I chose to take my dogs and my money elsewhere.

Relatively affordable treats for our guinea pigs! They love all the hay treats and chew blocks. They only had one working register, so the line went halfway through the store.

I come here cause of how convenient it is located to me. Staff is friendly. It’s clean. Never had any issues. But prices are ridiculous. So I only get specific items here.

If I could give no stars I would. I made a appointment for grooming today Monday November 20th 245pm appointment with Kali Just to be told she will not groom my dog due to her bronchitis.Dogs cannot get bronchitis from humans nor can it be passed from dogs to humans. It is also NOT infectious or contagious to other dogs; dogs with chronic bronchitis will not pass it on to other dogs. MY dog goes to a greatboarding where my dog is around other dogs with no problems. My dog has all of her shots this was frustrating.I was talking to one girl at the counter and another girl that was grooming another dog yelled way from the back placed herself in our conversation your dog can give it to another dog..if she coughs. My dog does not have a cough at all...Very Unprofessional. NO WORRIES I WOULD NEVER BRING MY DOG BACK THERE. My dog has been groomed at this location numerous times never had an issue. Young employees I do not recommend this grooming location. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I do not recommend Shaun B - please go with Nicole at this location. More patience and practical with dogs. Plus haircut was subpar for 94.000. There is a whole section on his leg not cut at all. We will have to do it.Complained that he tried to jump out of the bath as if most, if not all, dogs, try to jump out the tub ? Oddly enough with very mild reinforcement our dog stays in the tub when given baths and we are not professional groomers. Interesting. Felt the need to mention a 10.00 behavioral fee (which is bogus because what does 10.00 provide for a dog with behavioral issues? I digress). And yep, a puppy will ‘nip’ when scared. However, neither Nicole or any other groomer complained of this. I offered the info he might be slightly reactive.Had an attitude about their ‘15 minute late policy’ when the only reason we were late was because no one let us in the building even though a CUSTOMER pointed us out and tried to let us in. She was even confused saying “yall have to ring a bell or something?” Because Shaun B told the customer who OPENED the door for us, to close it, and we ‘ring a bell’ just for him to come back out and let us in. Petty much? And when we let him know it was an issue of them not letting us in he dismisses us and goes “the bell thing just happened” no, babe, the bell thing went on for five minutes and yall saw us. Meanwhile a customer shopping, not receiving grooming, was let in no problem.Again, if it’s not Nicole or the location in Asheboro go to a local grooming place. There are plenty.(Pictures of the shady cut below). Will call corporate Monday.

My partner and I completed beginning obedience training at the Bridford pkwy location with Dia! When I tell y’all she’s amazing- she is an expert at her job. She is kind and patient, knowledgeable and friendly to both pets and their people! We learned so much and have a much more manageable new pup. We will only ask for Dia when we’re ready for intermediate training- she’s a great trainer and I recommen her to any friend that asks how our sweet boxer Sam has turned around on learning so much more than expected!

We took our new dog Sam to the 6-week beginner training course at this location and it has made all the difference. Our trainer, Dia, did a stellar job leading class each week and always met the individual needs of each dog. We are planning to continue to the intermediate course with our dog (and hopefully Dia!) in the Spring of next year.
