Placed my order at 9:10pm, its now 10:29, called in to follow up and the person kyle answered. They have no delivery driver and was waiting on door dash. No one called or bothered to tell me it wasn’t a driver. I wouldn’t have ordered at the store. So no food after a hour and I have to wait days for a refund. I would have did uber eats if I had of known. Im contacting this GM of this store to let them know the service is terrible.

Pre-ordered for 1pm pickup and I paid ahead only to get to the restaurant, and the store was closed. I had to contact my bank to get a refund. There was no reason for the restaurant to be closed. This location needs people who will actually work.

I ordered on the app my order arrived late, incorrect and cold. I asked for one pizza to be cut a certain way contacted the store and the manager Shana states she did the order correct and was very rude she did not try to fix the issue but instead told me to contact doordash and I didn’t place my order through doordash I placed it thru pizza hut’s the drive took 8 minutes to get to my home and its no way the pizza was freezing cold in 8 minutes. Very poor management and she is very rude and shouldn’t be in that position at all. I will never order there again

Charge $0.79 for about 2 ounces of marinara, well they are two oz cups but hardly half full. Pizza was okay. Personally I think marinara should come with stuff like breadsticks. Pizza was okay, not what I remember from childhood.

I ordered from here recently and my order was not a good one. One of the things I ordered was a cheese pizza. I paid for extra sauce and cheese but I didn’t get either unfortunately. The crust was tough and some of it was burnt. The odd thing about the pizza is that it was actually less sauce on it than what you would normally get from a Pizza from Pizza Hut. Another part of my order was an item involving meat and a vegetable but it was mainly stuffed with the vegetable and barely any meat. I’m a flexible person and understand that mistakes can happen. But not only have I gotten poor quality food from Pizza Hut before but I’ve gotten poor quality food from this location several times. Which is why I’m deciding to write a review. It’s unacceptable that we the consumers constantly pay for food that’s unenjoyable and in some cases inedible. I wouldn’t suggest you come to this location at all.

Placed an order for pick up at 6:00pm. Said it would be ready in 15 mins. I arrived at the store without receiving a confirmation but 30 mins had already passed. I waited in the pick up line behind one vehicle for another 20 mins. Finally the vehicle in front of me was directed to go behind me and when I reached the window I was told they forgot to make half my order. If I would wait they would put extra cheese on the pizza. I told them no. But I would wait. Another 20 mins goes by and they tell me my pizza just went in the oven. It’s been 1hr15mins since I placed a carry out order. I ask again where my food was and I was told it was still cooking by the rudest manager ever. She asked me about my order. Then walked out the store and started smoking. They refused to give me a refund I never picked up the pizza. I will never ever go back as this is just another one of the many times they have utterly failed to make a basic pizza in a timely manner. Customer service gets 0 out of 10. AND I STILL WANT MY REFUND!

This Pizza Hut is a joke. I made the mistake of stopping in this small town to rest on my way home from a long New England road trip. No restaurants around open past 9 PM but McDonald's and Wendy's which I absolutely didn't want, and this Pizza Hut, which i decided on.I placed a delivery order at 8:18 PM. I received information shortly after telling me that this order would be delivered by DoorDash. "Great," I thought. "I can't wait to see how this goes wrong." At 8:49, the DoorDash tracker switched to telling me my order was out for delivery, but the dot wasn't moving. I called my delivery person, who didn't answer. I called the Pizza Hut, which didn't answer. I called again, they picked up this time, and I told them of the situation and they told me they would "transfer me to a manager"??? The phone rang 17 times (I counted), and then I gave up and hung up. Called again, this time a completely different person picked up. Could barely understand what they said. I had to explain the situation again, I was again told I would be transferred to a manager. I protested and said I was told that the last time I called, but they assured me someone would pick up.A man answered who told me he would have to call the store to see what was going on. "Call the store?" I asked. "You don't work at the store?" He replied that no, he was a customer service manager. Pizza Hut outsources simple customer service calls! Even when you call the "store number," you're not really getting them. After putting me on hold for ages, he came back to tell me the store had marked my order complete and it was out for delivery. Meanwhile, the DoorDash tracker (that I never asked for, if I wanted it delivered through DoorDash, I would've ordered through DoorDash) now showed it had been assigned to a different dasher. I asked the "customer service manager" what was going on, and he said he couldn't give me any information and the real store manager would have to call me. I decided to call my new driver instead, and after explaining the situation to her, she went inside but kept me on the line. I heard a woman's voice tell her that it was already picked up, and she would have to take it up with DoorDash. My driver told me there was nothing she could do, and she would be cancelling the order in DoorDash. However, my card had still been charged by Pizza Hut, and I still had no pizza.Deciding not to let incompetence ruin my evening any further as it was now nearing 10 PM and I had nothing to eat, I got in the car and drove through dark country roads to this Pizza Hut, which shares a shopping center with a Dollar General. Once inside, I told the woman at the front counter, who identified herself as the manager, what was going on and she simply told me "it's probably still out being delivered, and you're here talking to me and won't be there to get it." I tried to reason and told her I believe my order had been stolen by my first DoorDash driver, and she rolled her eyes at me and said "I doubt that happened, but even if it did, that's a DoorDash issue. You can contact them for a refund." I didn't order or pay through DoorDash! I asked how long a remake of my order would take, and she said not long but "somebody has to pay for it again because it's marked here as complete." We went back and forth for what felt like twenty minutes but was probably less than five. I started to raise my voice and get an attitude back because at this point I was starving and felt like I was on an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm. The manager finally said "let me call somebody" and then disappeared outside, pacing back and forth on the phone along the front sidewalk.When she came inside, she asked me what was on my order. I told her, and it was miraculously ready within ten minutes. I can only imagine the person she was on the phone with was her district manager who said something along the

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!DERIUS, although you were simultaneously, single-handedly caring for customers at the window and inside the Pizza Hut (Ticket #00025, store on Old Burling Road, Greensboro, NC), I genuinely appreciated your professionalism, kindness and thoughtfulness. My order was hot and ready for pick up when I arrived. It was a pleasure interacting with you, and because of you, DERIUS, I will be back! :)
