No problems with delivery and the pod transporters have been nice and knowledgeable. A little frustrating to work with customer service associates over the phone.

Got a pod dropped off. They can't drop it off because they don't want the wood support beams on the bottom to be destroyed (which doesn't really make sense and in the grand scheme of things is a relatively cheap repair, like, make up for it in the cost?). Biggest problem is the dropped it essentially in the middle of my driveway so no there's nowhere for my cars to park.I highly recommend if you're looking for this kind of service you go with another provider like uhaul.

It worked. The phone rep tried to sell me on renting 2 containers, which I didn't need. I had billing issues. I had autopay and it stopped twice, both on PODS part and they refuse to admit it. Shipping across the country was super expensive.

Worst service ever. Broke my property on pick up location didn't follow instructions on drop of location. I will not hire pods never again in my life and I will make sure people knows abouts pods service

Every part of my PODS experience was pleasant from initial order to pickup. Customer service was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was definitely worth the cost.

I wish a 0 was available I would never use this company again. I had a scheduled removal date of September 15 and for no reason they changed it without my knowledge thankfully I logged back in. I have been transferred so many times and no one can seem to help if they don’t pick up the pod on the date we originally scheduled I will have it towed.

Thrilled with PODS. My furniture was in a POD for two years and when it was unpacked it was as if it was never in storage!!

Would give zero stars if I could. Worst vendor experience I have ever had. There's no way to resolve an issue. There is no one to speak with other than chat, and they just stop chatting when they decide the conversation is over. I was told a supervisor would call me within an hour after speaking/holding with a call center for an hour, and no one called me back. Same thing today. Both of our drivers left without picking up our POD without giving us a chance to remedy whatever it was they decided was "not ready". No managers or supervisors available. We ended up having to empty a fully packed POD ourselves and move to our new house that would have only been a 0.9 mile move for them. The POD is still in our driveway. I don't know what to do except warn everyone. Use an alternative-- this is not a good company.

Can't make payments prior to due date or ON DUE DATE. Their online payment system next day shows you late. You can NOT make more than (one) payment per month. C/S rep. will not take future payments, not even (2). Their online system is horrible.

The service and the drivers were 2nd to none but the sales side can definitely improve.I'm still waiting for them to explain why I was charged $100 plus upon delivering my contents. I had my POD in storage for almost a year and was told, the delivery would be no charge because of the 6 Mos deal at the time.

After moving items from Florida in using POD , we were told 2 different times the pod could be delivered from Greensboro to North Wilkesboro. After none giving us an email confirmation we call a 3rd time, at 2 hrs hold, to be notified they can't deliver Pod. I submitted 2 different complaints which I was told a supervisor would get back in 72 hrs. I have just sat from 9am to 12:02, on hold and then finally hung up on!!!! There is no number to speak directly with someone in Greensboro, I am definitely at the end of my patience!

Horrible service. I had a damaged roof that leaked badly. I reported it 4 separate times. A claim was never issued when i was told that it would be. Will never use again nor recommend.

Sorriest company for customer service that there is. Been trying to find out information about someone getting pod out of yard since November. They came out once got machine stuck and said someone would be in contact with us. No one ever called. The guy who came out told us the lady driver who put pod where she wasn’t supposed to had been fired for doing so. Now yard is torn up pod just sitting there and I’ve called 10 plus times talking to their customer service folks and no resolutions. The opened up incident about our pod and I left multiple voicemails for incident person assigned to case to give me a call. Not once did she respond then she closed the case without any investigation or talking to us a customer. Now the pod has sat empty for 5 months on our property and they keep trying to charge us but they can’t. My suggestion you go to pack rat if you need a storage solution. I’m going to BBB and see if that does anything. Stay far far away from this company.
