I love Poochie's Hair and Nails, family run, strong business that excels in professionalism, Icesis is one of the best natural hair stylists in the triad, she always comes through and gets me right! Everyone always greets with a warm smile, and welcome! 10/10 recommend this business for hair, nails, tattoos, even party's! Things got complicated over a deposit and still are! I have yet to receive my deposit back from the stylist contacting me at the last minute saying she could not get the hair that was included in the price. After paying extra money than required for deposit the stylist has refused to refund $175 of no services rendered because she did not get the hair that she said she will have three days before my schedule appointment. I asked her to connect me with the manager/owner and she refused stating she will enforce the non refundable policy unless it's cancelled on her end which if you can't provide the product as discussed in the consultation then it is your fault. I stated I did not want to go over budget with the price she quoted. Meaning everything is included. She stated that if I purchased the hair her service price would remain the same ..the same price that already includes hair so ladies be careful about these places requiring deposit and not rendering services... What gets me is that she stated she will not take responsibility nor refund my coins ...this is very unprofessional.. inappropriate and absolutely looks horrendous as a black owned business that I chose to support ! Some accountability needs to be held and will be beause at this point ... You're Stealing the customers hard earned money ...Service: Dreadlocks

I always have the best experience at Poochie’s! Icesis is such a great loctician! She’s grown my locs and has made my hair so healthy. She’s the best! Aajha is very talented. You can tell by how she takes her time that she cares about her client’s needs. & Mrs. Brenda has such an amazing spirit! Poochie’s is literally a one stop shop. You can get everything you need done at one place! All of the ladies there make you feel so at home! Thank you Poochie’s for always giving me a great experience!

I had knotless braid service with Icesis. I also added on shampoo, treatment and trim. Service was fast and everyone was friendly. The only slight issue was that some of my braids were not braided to the end so they look like they are unraveling. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Best salon I’ve been to ever since i moved down here! The atmosphere is great, and the stylists are amazing. So many different talents flowing through there, yet they all are equal and never try to outdo each other. & the owner is very friendly and professional
