“They are all professional, friendly and efficient. THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH MAIL/PACKAGE delivery. That’s another location. Get the facts straight. Hilltop is a finance station. Your mail is delivered from a CARRIER STATION. Your poor reviews are not relevant for Hilltop unless it involves a window clerk. Thanks”
“This place is so so so busy all the time. I come to use the automatic machine to scan my prepaid already done labels and just got a receipt, which they have only 1 self use machine. It is even busy with people that don't want to wait in the line. I've never understood the counter sales has places for 6 employees, 9 out of 10 times I go here I only see 1 employee working. All good but this location seems like it could use some help. Very good location at West Market and Guilford College, but so busy always.”

“Tracy made this stressful situation with shipping/missing package/potential scamming a lot easier to deal with due to her kind and understanding spirit. From the first interaction on 8/25/26 to today 8/27/26 she has been very helpful when I needed to leave to buy tape for my package, to helping me attempt to hunt down the package and supplying resourceful information to provide the company involved in the issue. I wish there were more kind people like her. I hope she sees this review so she knows how great she is and also her help resolved the issue I encountered!”
