“Visited this location about 2:00 today to return a 50 lb. Kettlebell to Amazon. At 73, that’s a little hefty to carry far! Peyton helped me with it as soon as I got in the door. To return thru UPS would have required me to purchase a $12 box. I decided to return the item another way. Even though I didn’t use this UPS store, Peyton asked if he could carry my heavy package to my car. The epitome of good customer service is helping when it doesn’t benefit you financially just then. With all the noise and craziness of the holiday season, Cordella was polite and smiled at each customer she encountered. She was a shining example of what customer service should be.
