“I have been going to this UPS store for years and the staff are always very personable and greet me by name. They always take care of whatever I need very quickly. However, the best thing is I watched them interact with other customers, and they treat everyone the same way.”

“The service here is beyond compare! We have worked with Jenafer and Chee on several occasions and they never fail to go above and beyond all expectations. They are more than a service provider, they are like valued partners in our business. In addition, the cost for a virtual mailbox with them costs half of what a post office box through the USPS cost, and provides so many additional features. We whole heartedly recommend them!”

“I was highly concerned as the items I were shipping are highly fragile. Linda guided me on my options and was beyond exceptional in her service and representation of the UPS brand. I highly recommend Linda and this particular UPS Store for shipping. UPS, thank you for safely delivering these items to this client to honor her 1 year anniversary of her mother's passing!”

“I had to go in and return several items at once to amazon. Fatima was working early in the morning and she was quite possibly the sweetest and nicest UPS Store employee I have ever encountered. She was so kind and knew exactly what I what needed to do and she made the process super simple. I really don't enjoy going to The UPS Store for anything but it seems like every time I do have to go the employees are always really helpful and nice. Today was over the top kindness!!! Thank you Fatima!!”

“I know there are a lot of bad reviews about the attitudes of the staff members at this location however, I had the complete opposite experience. “I’ve been to this UPS store countless times, and I always feel like a valued customer. I wish I could be a regular so I could lend a hand with their shipping business. I’ve retired now, so I don’t get to do that as much. But trust me, you won’t regret choosing this store!”
