We made reservations 11 days in advance to have a tow hitch installed. The day of our appointment, we show up and they advise us "we have everything except the tow bar, we overnighted it to come in tomorrow. Come back then and we will get it done." We show up the next morning, the tow bar is not there so we ask them to please just install the wiring, they advise us "we don't have the wiring and our tech is not here, you would need to make an appointment for that!" So we asked for a full refund and the staff was unable to do so because they didn't know how! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! Everyone there had no clue what was going on! Horrible service, no communication and incompetent employees!

We were here to pick up some packaging materials. The parking is limited outside. There is just about everything you'd need to pack and move here. With the just one employee sometimes, you may have to wait to get your questions answered though.

I've rented trailers and trucks from these guys for years and have been very impressed with their efficiency and the cleanliness of the rental equipment. They really know what they are doing. The last few times I've rented the whole process was silky smooth: reserve on line, show up and pay, they hook the trailer up for you, when you bring it back, they unhook the trailer and you're Gone in 60 Seconds! Today I rented a trailer and it was so quick and easy. Rental rates are very reasonable too. If you need boxes, Dolly's or anything else for moving, they have those as well.
