This is a pretty good theater. The staff are friendly, and the movies are fun. They also do throwback movies, which is amazing! The snacks are a bit pricy though. The popcorn is normally good, but has been stale a few times. Overall, a fun place.

Our movie with captions was not framed properly, and so they spent twenty minutes trying to fix it to no avail. They offered refunds, but this was all still incredibly disappointing. Everything was just overall not handled well.

I like the fact that it shows most movies that are already gone in other theaters!

How tf you going to advertise your nacho combos as one thing and not even serve it as what you advertised it?? You know that’s actually false advertisement and can be took to court over?? Smh ?♀️ and almost $60 for a combo that ain’t even worth the money.

Overall, it's a decent establishment. I was ok (not thrilled) with the price tag. However, I took my significant other to see a movie here recently and was not thrilled by the service. I recently took my significant other to see a movie here. We decided to grab some food and drinks from the concessions before the movie. At the time, there were only 2 young men working the counter. One flat out ignored us, as well as the line. When instructed by the other to switch lines, where we were also ignored again while they finished their conversation. There was some confusion, and so we moved back to the line we were in previously only to be informed by the other gentlemen (after he finally got through with his conversation) that the line we were in was card only. We were then sent to the back of the line and waited another 10 minutes for the two to again finish a conversation and return to serving the others in line. Customer engagement could be improved.

Last Night at 7:30 pm, it was the first time we’ve been in this movie theater and my husband and I were upset about the concession stand taking so long!!! We bought movie tickets for a 8:45 pm showing of, “Aquaman And The Lost Kingdom”. There was a couple who were sitting in our seats, a Woman and a man. I politely said,“excuse me, you are sitting in our seats” they didn’t even move, or apologized!!! They just sat there and looked at us like “STUPID” was STAMPED on our faces!!!! My husband decided we should go sit somewhere else, so we moved on the other end of Row F in theater 3! But I would have called the manager but why would we pay to see a movie, if PEOPLE STEAL money and watch movies for free?!!! THIS Regal Franchise needs SECURITY, because I looked at the staffing who looks and checks ticket stubs. OH WAIT, WHAT they don’t have enough staffing to do that!!! It’s so OBVIOUS the staffing are young NAIVE, PRIVILEGED, they don’t really do their jobs and they don’t care or take pride in their jobs. So why should anyone care if people sneak in and not pay for a movie and people will bring in their own food since the concession stand takes an hour to serve, have food and drinks ready???!!!

I love coming to this theater - until I reach the concession stand. It’s SLOW, DIRTY. Staff appears completely incompetent and unengaged. This is the MILLIONTH time I book my seats and find MOVIE THIEVES sitting in my seats. It makes the WHOLE experience so undesirable. So happy the new theatre - Golden Ticket - in Brassfield is open.

Management are delegating their staff to lie to customers! I have asked the same question regarding a combo set, and have received different answers from each employee. Both in person and via phone.Today I spoke with a staff member at the concessions stand and he confirmed everythingOn Thursday, I had a showing @630 and was told they did not receive their shipment. Today I found out from the gentleman Regal had their shipment, management wasn’t allowing the combo to be sold.On Friday MORNING, I called the theater and asked if their “shipment arrived” because I was unable to purchase the combo for my Thursday showing … I was told it had not arrived. A huge lie— they sold out that night.Today, on Saturday, I came for my 11:20 showing and asked if the combo was available, I was told they sold out yesterday (Friday) and that the combos were saved to be sold for Friday showings.Only had cups available. Doesn’t make sense when it’s a part of a combo.I’m so disappointed and upset I gave this theater my money to begin with. Avoid! They will lie, which ruins the entire experience.Hoping an AMC comes to Greensboro.

The location is great with plenty of parking. I like the layout when you first walk in. Feels grand and promotes alot of the upcoming movies as you move up to the concession stand. Recliners are always a plus. Bathrooms are pretty clean and conveniently close to each room. Not a fan of paying so much extra if you want to buy tickets online.

Movies were a last-minute, late evening (10pm) decision. No clue what was playing, times, anything. The concession stand attendant made it easy to decide on a film, answering questions about each title, I fully expected she would grow impatient, but she remained friendly and professional throughout the experience. Great job. I see another visit in the near future.

We saw the 4:00 showing of Oppenheimer on Thursday. It was the first time we've been to a movie in almost a year. Unfortunately, the sound quality was very noticeable and sadly lacking. Because of their nearby location, we were always glad to have a nice theater so available in our vicinity. I know the pandemic has been a blow to the movie industry, which is now trying to make a comeback. I hope the Regal Grand & RPX will soon be able to make repairs to their sound systems.

I could not sit comfortably in my chair, theatre 7. The chairs are worn out and look nasty. They need to add new seating.

The design element as you walk in from getting a ticket to the concessions has a echo. It is interesting and fun because it takes you back to a child like state as you prepare to see a movie. I was there to see a special viewing of Ordinary Angels. The stadium style seating that reclines was comfortable and easy to use. The concession line on a Monday night was long and we missed a bit if the beginning. We were in line at 6:49 for a 7:00pm start. The staff was friendly and helpful but the Regal needs more staff if it's like that on a Monday I can only imagine a Friday or Saturday. Also please make fresh popcorn so it can be HOT.
