Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!! They closed my account never been late...when I tried to log in I couldn't. After speaking to a couple of people I was told you can't make a payment on your accounts if its past due and they close your account. Then say you will need to see reopen a completely different account. WHEN I DIDNT CLOSE IT

They shut off my card for a suspicious purchase ($100 at Amazon) and I called to have it turned back on. I was told to give it 10 minutes and it should be functional. Thirty minutes later it was still off. I called again and they are closed for the weekend. An hour later and it is still cut off. It's Friday, I just got paid and have no gas, groceries, or dinner for my family tonight. I also have no idea when to expect to be able to spend a single dime. This isn't the first run in like this but it will surely be the last. Update: next day late afternoon and my card is still being declined. I doubt it will work at an ATM. The woman on the phone straight up lied to me

I am beyond over this credit Union at this point, every month the system goes down and I can’t access ANY money! Here we go again November 12 at 3:57 PM and I haven’t been able to access my fund since this morning!!!!! No communication sent out, NOTHING! it’s so annoying to be out in public and your card declines but you have money in your account… I’m SO OVER this!

Worst credit union ever. Terrible hours and staff. Limited locations and hours. I applied for and was approved for an auto loan and credit card. Then, I applied for and was approved for membership. After membership was established, my account was put on hold for review. Four days later, an email was received stating that my membership account was closed and i have to come in person to get my opening deposit back. No explanation or reason(s) was provided. This particular credit union wasn't willing to work with me at all, and I am beyond frustrated. I came in to get my money and am moving elsewhere. Stay clear!!

Can't access accounts all weekend. Card declined with money in account. Previously approved for car loan only if I bought the car they chose. I should've picked another bank, there's no benefit to this credit union.WHEN WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNTS AGAIN?

The absolute worst bank I ever had to work with there's always maintenance going on with online app or funds aren't deposited on the set deposit date if I could give one star I would but I'm switching banks very soon.

If I could give 0 stars I would , I get there around 4:40 and Sherri comes out and tells me that they can’t help me. There’s 20 minutes left until you close !!! But they can help other costumers. I’ve been a member for more than 15 years!! Terrible service

Easily the most inept Business I have had the displeasure to deal with in my 61 years of life. Nobody ever has an answer to valid questions and if you call the Greensboro office you will get a voicemail that says the voicemail is full and you can’t leave a message. Ahhhhhhhh how do these people stay in business. What ever you do do not get a credit card from them. You will get screwed!!!

I recently started the process to look and purchase a house here in the Greensboro area, I've been a loyal customer since I moved here to NC from PA. I've made call's and emails to the Battleground Ave location expressing that I'm in the market and need help. My problem is I keep getting the automated computer responses that we are not in the office and will contact you later.

I've been a member for 6 years now, ever since they were Choice. The same people work there with little turnover. If I can't get there, there's a night drop off and mail (my hours are M-F 8-5). I can pretty much do everything via the app and by messaging an MSR. I have had zero problems. I recommend them all of the time; I can join SECU, but I've been a member for a long time. They've never messed up my bank account, and are fairly easy to work with.
