Sheetz in Greensboro is a 24/7 convenience store that offers a range of services, including gas, Made•To•Order® food, and Sheetz Bros. Coffeez® drinks. Customers appreciate the variety of packaged snacks, drinks, tobacco, and CBD products available. Many reviews highlight the friendly and welcoming nature of the staff, particularly one team lead who brightened a customer's mood during a tough day. However, some customers reported issues such as overcharging at pump #3, which caused frustration. While the management was praised for resolving some concerns, there were complaints about cleanliness and maintenance. One reviewer noted that the store appeared dirty and unkempt, with soda machines that needed attention. Additionally, there were issues with food orders, such as incorrect milkshake preparations. Despite these concerns, other customers enjoyed the convenience of free air for tires and found the store to be generally clean, although they noted some areas needed restocking. Sheetz offers both regular and self-checkout options, making it easy for customers to get what they need. Overall, while there are areas for improvement, Sheetz remains a popular choice for convenience and a variety of products.
God forbid you acknowledge someone who's online order is ready for pick up. You dont have the shelf for me to grab from so let me wait for you to make 50lleven other things while I stare at my name on the bag across the counter (thats getting colder) until you decide I'm taking up too much space in front of you.

The people that work here really care. However, due to the location, other customers are the hardest part of visiting this location.
