UPDATE - I contacted CSR as requested in the reply to my post. Within the day I received call from store manager. He listened. He confirmed what I was saying and luckily I didn't buy the paint the day before because it wasn't right. He had the right paint ready for me the next day. Kudos for the follow up/making it right. ORIGINAL - If you want to be talked down to and treated like you are ignorant, please shop here. And funny thing, I'm not the only customer here and the next person is being treated the same. Very arrogant and rude. I love SW paint and will remain a SW customer....just not at this store.
