I have used Sherwin-Williams paint over many years. The quality (always very good) keeps getting better and better. The gentleman who is the primary clerk during the week, is very knowledgeable and helpful. In the past I have been to the store on a Saturday and the clerks at those times were not as knowledgeable.

I walked in this morning and asked for paint. The employee kept saying es, es. I said what are you talking about in a nice manner. Then the bold guy raised his voice at me catching an attitude for no reason. That got me upset luckily that's al her said. Through the transaction process the bigger lady had an attitude as well. It's a terrible way to start my morning. I'd advise finding more polite and respectful employees

This review is mainly for the College Rd location, but it somehow disappeared from Google... The staff is basically worthless. We were trying to get help picking a stain color. We wanted to compliment two different wood floors that were going to touch. We went to two locations because the first one redirected us to another store. When we got to the second store, they had no idea why we were sent to them and they could not help us beyond just picking a color from the book. They suggested we go to LOWES!! I expected so much more from Sherwin WIlliams. A total waste of time! Very disappointed!
