Bought a car and on the test drive a week before purchasing the heater wasn’t working. In a weeks time they said they would get it fixed. We agreed to come from Charlotte and it would be ready. Hours and hours passed and they then confirmed it was fixed. They gave us one key and the internal key wasn’t even cut. They then promised that would get taken care of and it hasn’t. Also the bracket for the license plate didn’t come with the car so there is no way to attach our plate and now silence from the dealership. Heater keys and license plates are big issues. Sparks, get this dealt with asap

Nice people but get your car checked out before handing them the money. 3 hours after purchase my car wouldn’t start. He told me he put a new battery in but apparently it was bad and come to find out used. Luckily It had a warranty. However i ended up just getting a new battery To save myself the stress. Used was $60 and new was $200. He could’ve just spent $200 for an new battery for the car instead of me having to go through that because I’m pretty sure it happened while they had the car for 2 weeks and drove it around. Also could’ve vacuumed and detailed the car better. I asked about negotiating the price and he said he couldn’t just for me to end up spending more money on a battery. I feel like i should be reimbursed. The brakes are also squeaking. The price should’ve decreased. Also
Don’t leave the review when they ask because they’ll ask right after you leave. Wait a few days to see how the car drives before leaving the review

I bought a car from here about a week ago. I was in dire need of a car for work and had a very short window to look, so I anticipated potential missing some minor cosmetic things with the car, which I did. The car didn't have floor mats, small dents on the roof of the car that you can see if the sun hits it just right, one of the lower bumper lights was pushed in, and a small rattling sound when driving that I didn't hear when test driving. Other than that, mechanic said everything looks good mechanically. Happy to hear that. Service was great. I just wish I would've been a little more observant of the cosmetic issues. I paid 12k for the car. Looking back, I wouldn't have paid anything over 10 5. Obviously that's a little more my fault than there, hence the 4-stars for the service. Just be sure to look over the car well to be able to make a better decision.

We almost purchased a first car for our daughter yesterday. The salesman said that this car would be his top 3 on the lot that he would get and assured us it was a good choice for our 1st time driver. They let us take the car to our mechanic who’s been in the business for 30+ years who advised us against buying because the car was in horrible shape. There were tons of malfunctions too many to name. The engine oil was black and the body was in rough shape. Tons of cover ups. He said that he thinks the car should be valued at 8k IF that. Sparks was asking $18k!!! The car reeked of weed that should’ve been our first sign. Another car we were interested in on their lot they said the front axles had been replaced and it was only a four-year-old car but it had never been wrecked!?! Shady business!

Its been a week since I purchased my Nissan Altima from here and let me tell you its been amazing. Even Took it to get a diagnosis and there was nothing wrong with it. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS TOP TIER NEVER HAD ANYTHING LIKE IT !!!! They even fed us Lollll , will be recommending and only purchasing my cars from here
