Unfortunately another location disconnected my account. Came here today and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Courtney. Very very professional and efficient. I had to open up another account because there was no way she could reconnect my previous one but knowing that she did all she could put me at ease.

Go to another Spectrum & definitely make an appointmentTheir were 3 people working but several people kept coming in & out of the back & about 7 customers waiting. After about 30 minutes of waiting my name was called. I immediately got uncomfortable as when I unlocked my phone & handed it to the employee, he toggled something on my phone & touched my phone & his phone together. Seconds later, he got a notification on his phone. Although, I thought it was weird, I continued to tell him why I was there. I was there to do an early upgrade on my phone. However, I told him the back story of the issues with my current phone so that he could understand why I wanted to early upgrade. He continued to try to diagnose the issue which I had already told him that, I had taking it to Samsung & knew the issue & that was not the concern. He continued to argue with me. He became aggressive & loud saying "you keep saying thing" & "I've been doing this for 17 years". The manager walked up behind us & I asked if he was the manager and he said no but when he heard the way that I had been spoken to he stepped in & asked what the issue was. When I explained again, he said that I would need to pay my phone off. I told him, that I didn't think that was right. The manager told me "it's not what you think ". When I told him I had spoken to 2 other people & they mentioned I only had to pay the half way mark he said oh, that's right & started asking the employee questions & trying to help. I ended up leaving because how uncomfortable they made me feel. I was not treated right & wasted a hour of my time.

The service ( internet ) is terrible. Ive replaced my modem 3x now and my router twice. The customer service is decent, But why are there 8 booths and 2 employees? Make it make sense. If I could switch back to AT&T, I would in a heartbeat. It's always an issue with spectrum.

Don't waste your time going to the store. Just take your equipment to a UPS store and drop it off. It's much easier.

Sent to 2 buildings, didnt have time to wait just to turn in equipment we never used. (12th in line and it didnt move for 15 mins.

Sorry but this is worst spectrum store i ever visited. There were 20+ people in the queue for service (it wasn’t even the lunch hour), and out off 6/7 counters only 2 were with executives. And while we waited for 20-25 minutes, the queue keeps getting longer. Yet they haven’t bothered to open 1/2 more counters to serve the people who were waiting for a long time.Clearly they do not value people’s time on a working day.

Not good. Only two people working for over twenty people. We had appointment and was in there twice and still was not able too fix my account. I was planning on getting a new phone. No luck !!! Left empty handed.

Neat to have a nice waiting area, and decent music for the 45 min wait to do a 2 minute task. Make an appointment to visit before you come so you only wait half that time! Just swapping routers took 35 minutes.They won't staff their store because management is poor. But they will underpay an employee to respond to all the reviews. ??♂️Hi underpaid spectrum employee!
