Yesterday I went to the print service department, with a sheet of previously-purchased Avery labels, and a pdf, formatted using Avery's template, with the intention of getting ONE SHEET of 30 labels printed. The associate told me she was too busy, and I would have to leave my order, and come back "tomorrow". I asked if she could help me load the self-serve printer with my label sheet, and she told me that self-serve was for paper only; no labels. I was astounded. I've been a Staples customer for decades. Customer service has gone down dramatically in this store. In the time we had this conversation, she could have easily processed my order. Staples, I'm done.

Terrible customer service in printing/copying area!!! I asked only 2 question and for a little help. The help that I needed only took a minute of their time. (Literally 60 seconds) It's not like they were busy, the store was completely empty. I was very polite. Then I overheard the employee being disrespectful under his breath. Very rude!!

I always have trouble when I try to print anything here. I’m not sure why I keep trying.They tell you to come in, send an email with the document when you get there. But then they tell you they can’t open the email because they can’t log in to Gmail. So then I asked if I could send the document via text since I didn’t have my laptop on me, answer was no.They walked me through the process of opening a project online but then I told them each 5x7 card needs to be different and they tell me that’s not possible then. This is the second time this has happened so I’m 100% done with Staples, will not be back. Only giving 2 stars just because the first time this happened the lady was nice, second time not so much. You’re much better off using another printing service.

Customer service here absolutely sucks! If people do not like working for places, find a better job. Don’t take that out on innocent customers!

I've been printing off some documents as needed the last couple of weeks. I went in tonight and Sheila, works in printing, recognized me and knew exactly what I needed printed. She is always super friendly and works really fast. She is an excellent employee. Thank you Sheila for your hard work and putting up with all the customer service drama.

Would leave a zero if possible. Place was a dump, from bathroom to shelves. Customer service person left in the middle of assisting me to serve another customer.

My family of 4 before driving 1.5 hours to Greensboro called this Staples store to verify that they had Mastercard gift cards and were running a promo for 8 per person/transaction and was told they were. When we arrived to purchase the gift cards in separate transaction on separate cards we were told by Assistant Store Manager Reggie that he was not going to allow us to. Reggie said this was not a store policy but because we all came in together this posed an issue, when this is not Staples policy and we called before. Reggie refused to help and wasted our time only to tell us to call corporate. A complete waste of our time and awful store management. We were refused service due to no fault of our own.

So it is back to school time and myself and a family member decided to go to Staples to avoid the back to school traffic. As we are gathering supplies and of course looking for better deals to spread out to our kids and also kids in our neighborhood that are less fortunate we are slowly walking the aisles to make sure we do not miss a deal. THE WHOLE TIME that we are in the store two men assuming where the managers followed us around! Talk about uncomfortable! NEVER will Staples get any of my money for any reason! I would much rather shop with the crowd instead of feeling uncomfortable while I shop!

Gentlemen working in printing, scanning area was very helpful to me . I needed to take a form off my phone which I had no idea how to do and he downloaded it to his phone because my phone had very little charge and printed it for me . He was wonderful!

I attempted to return a "Staples" brand product without the receipt and nicely requested a store credit so I could buy something else. Since I did not have the card it was purchased with the employee would not take it back. On top of that she was not even nice about it. I won't be shopping here ever again.

John in the printing department was absolutely wonderful. I called around 5:30PM on 7-8-21 and he took multiple phone calls from me, helped when I had random questions, and was nothing but friendly. I hope he get's a raise for his hard work!
