Dora! She gave me great customer service. I literally was about to close my account after opening it a couple weeks ago. It was only because someone told me some false information that turned out to not be true. I choose to stick with State Employee's Credit Union because of Dora awesome customer service. I was helped by Topeka Redd recently and I have to say she was very professional, and really strive to help me the best way possible. I greatly appreciate her....The other experience I had was at the drive up. The lady that handled my transaction put a smiley face on my envelope.
