Just had a fantastic experience at this SECU! Lois and a coworker (didn’t get her name) helped me out by looking up info about sending a check to the IRS, and without my asking - included an envelope for each cashier’s check I had to get. Lois was incredibly kind and helpful, with a warm smile that made my day brighter. The other lady that helped with the IRS info was very friendly and helpful as well! 10/10 recommend, these folks are the best!

super professional and great customer service. i had talked to MULTIPLE people at different branches to confirm what was needed from me and all the answers i got were unclear and/or unsaid. i ended up under prepared when the time came and i was finally able to get a clear explanation on what i needed for what i wanted. i can’t thank them enough as they were so patient and understanding and helped figure out something that would work for the both of us. definitely went above and beyond.

Tellers are always extremely professional. I have been using this location for years. General FYI: Their walk-in is usually faster than the drive through.

This is the largest branch I've seen anywhere. It's several floors, has numerous teller stations, and a two car drive through lane. It is on a busy block with entrances/exits to Friendly Avenue and Market Street and this is my only issue with the bank. I bet this branch is crazy at certain times of day. Does have an exterior CashPoints machine for 24 hour convenience.I entered today to do my transaction and the teller helped me work the Fat Cat coin machine and also with the rest of my transaction. The wait time was minimal and the teller helpful. No issues.

The average wait time is 30-45mins in the drive-thru. They take 15+ minutes even for the simplest of transactions. I suggest you go elsewhere.

They gave me false information and made me believe that I had no other choice but to cancel my checkings and savings account. Went to the one on N. Murrow and they told me that everything W. Marker did and told me was incorrect! I had to go through the whole process again of creating a whole new checkings and savings account! Such an inconvenience right before Christmas and payday... Never going back to this one again

This is the slowest out of all the locations. Doesn't matter the time of day or the day of the week....it's ridiculous! Average wait time behind 1 car is 15 minutes 👎
