This hotel has a roach problem i booked a non refundable room and couldn't stay there bc of the roach problem i checked several rooms before accepting the last one bc i was too done running around checking them first, housekeepers only changes the beds! These hotels have truly down graded please stay elsewhere trust me im not making this up one of the rooms still had balloon decorations on the wall from the previous stay but the bed was made lol! The first room i checked out was so nasty the bed was the only thing mad food still in fridge and on the counter. Seriously needs new management and better housekeeping!

Update: Just found out you all canceled our reservation WITHOUT NOTICE! Have the LIFE you deserve. Currently stuck WITHOUT a place to stay because according to them our confirmation number and receipt via online is non-existent in their system?!?! WE EVEN DOUBLE CHECKED VIA PHONE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AND WERE TOLD WE HAD A ROOM BOOKED!!

I stayed there recently, and it was one of the better places I’ve stayed at recently. It seemed they were going through a transition but whatever the case was the hospitality was amazing. We had a couple hiccups with our reservations and the manager took care of it rather than making it painful. We’ll definitely stay there again if we’re passing through!

Out of state on business Trip needed to find a reasonable place to stay. Nice place to stay convenient location. I will stay in the future when I return.Rooms: Clean and comfortable.Safety: Area and location seemed very safe.

Walked into the room and got hit in the face with the smell of cat pee. Hoping that is just the smell of ammonia cleaner, but the room had obviously not been cleaned recently. Saw a small black bug on the bed. Front desk lady was really nice but the smell is starting to make me sick.

Hi people this is part 3 of my stay @ Studio 6 2000 Veasley Street, Greensboro, NC, 27407The manager Mr. Gary put us out because of my review I went to the office in the morning to ask. who was the manager on-site? His response was, I am Mr. Gary! All be here all day! I stated well did you see my payment? He looked and said Yes I do!! I left back to the room. around 3 pm the police knocked on the door asking me why I refused to leave. at this point, I was confused because no one asked me to leave I made my payment.They called the police and lied to them saying that we didn't pay for our room. When the police came I showed them my payment and confirmed with the bank $479.15 and the manager. The Manager Mr. Gary still wanted us out because I did a review and he didn't like what I had to say about (Studio 6 extended stay @ 2000 Veasley Street, Greensboro, NC, 27407)and put us out. my wife and children and I had to pack and leave the police couldn't do anything. I had to call corporate to get my money back. they said I had to wait 5 to 7 business days to get refunded and that was all the money I had till payday again Again poor management and poor everything in that place. Pt. 2. At this point we told the officers we were just going to leave. We left and found another place and finally see where the amount was refunded. Our neighbor has bruises and gashes from her fall. A boarded up window that they refused to fix, not to mention a leak in her roof. The hotel is aware but chooses not to fix and will no longer take their money and now have added them on the eviction list. This is unprofessional and bad business. Oh did I forget to mention we saw them carry a body out a room from an OD and they never came in and cleaned that room for real? But trust they now have rented it out. The new people are non the wiser that theyre room hasn't been properly cleaned or investigated. Karma will get them!!!

I’ve stayed here in the past before I moved to NC 3 years ago and never had a problem. I helped my Aunt book a room for Friday night at 10-11 pm. Got to the hotel at about 11:45pm and nobody was inside. There were 3 other families calling the main number because security said they close at 11p. We were livid. There were babies outside waiting to get in. Loads of trash outside of the complex. It was horrible. My family came to GB from Maryland to go to my sons graduation and we can’t even get in the room. I called the main number the said if I pick up the side phone someone I’ll come down but the 3 families. Before he had already done that and nobody answered or came. The rep did make sure her card wasn’t charged. But that’s horrible service. If they close at 11pm you should not be able to book after a certain time. IT SHOULD BE DISPLAYED CLEARLY ON THE SCREEN IN RED IF YOU CLOSE AT 11PM ND IT WASNT BECAUSE PEOPLE KEPT SHOWING UP.The policy’s need to be reviewed because that was ridiculous.Never again!!

We made a reservation, but one room left for us to choose. Room too smelly to stay. In addition, trash bags piled in front of room. Service staff was apologetic and nice, but we had to find another accommodation for the night.

I was given a room with two full beds even though I reserved a room with two queen beds online and was charged for two queen beds. I booked a reservation for three guests and was only given two pillows, towels, and washcloths. The floor was filthy and was scratched pretty severely. The kitchenette sink had food debris and grease residue in it. The dishwasher had standing water in the bottom of it. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling around the light fixture. There was a patched hole in the bathroom door and a mystery stain on the ceiling behind the tv. There was no comforter provided so we only slept under a sheet the entire night. There were some pretty sketchy people lurking around the building. The front desk operator, CJ, was nice at least.

All things considered, this Studio 6 is great value for a super affordable price. The owner/manager Chris and his staff made me feel welcomed and like family as soon as I arrived. The rooms are big, clean, and the showers had plenty of hot water and great water pressure (which isn't always the case at hotels in general). Renovations are on their way this year too, so it's only going to get better. Well done upping the game Studio 6, and thanks Chris for the top-notch hospitality!
