    Very great customers service, friendly environment!

    Beware of Truist!!!! Allowed $82,000 yo be taken via fraudulent charges for 84 year old incapacitated man and will not credit back full amount (still withholding $31,000) and then when he passed involuntarily closed his accounts. Shameful organization and so called customer protections!!!

    Very helpful team at this branch. Sometimes you may have to wait a bit for assistance but everyone has been extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient.
