The new managers and staff don't give a #*¥* about customers being serviced nor satisfied. There is an air about them that customers just need to lay back and accept half efforted service. They wasted my time and for zero results. Hours gone w nothing but a headache. And we had been customers or sprint/tmobile for 10 years. Hey T Mobile - we don't work for you. You are supposed to work for us. Now we are going elsewhere w 4 lines and a business.

Waited here for over three hours only to be overcharged, and I had to go back. There are better carriers out there. Can't stand a sales person to lie to us, just to make a sale; let alone the manager seconding the lies. Corporate was called. My service is going elsewhere.

Worst service ever....talked to customer care got a deal approved all they had to do was pull up account Information see notes and get the deal running I triple checked that I was eligible and the lady refused to open my account up refused to check anything, and had such a rude condescending voice saying there's no such deal either. This happened on Sunday 4:22 p.m I wish I knew her name she is the worst employee ever won't go back here for any service. Advise everyone to do the same.

Jessica Love at the Battleground Ave store in Greensboro is very RUDE and not good at her job!! We bought a brand new iPhone 15 ProMax and the display was broken. Instead of acknowledging and trying to resolve the issue Jessica thought it was better to try and enforce the $ 70 restocking fee for a 5 day old phone and turned and walked away! As a long time customer of T-Mobile this is very disappointing to the point that I may no longer be a T-Mobile customer. I will certainly take my 5 lines to a place that appreciates my business!!

"Switch to T-Mobile " is a scam. They claim to help you pay off your old phone if you switch, but the process that it takes to get your reimbursement is painful... I've been at this for 3 months and between chasing down the minutia of info they want and the lack of clarity of what is needed between one agent to the next is mind-boggling! I will be switching to a different company as soon as I get this handled. Disappointed and the signal is crap at various locations

Came in the store and sat down. Other people came in after me and got help before I was even asked what I needed. This is the worst customer service I have ever had! It’s sad but so true! Do not come here if you value your respect! Lost a customer!!

T Mobile has the LEAST COVERAGE IN GUILFORD COUNTY - GBO, SUMMERFIELD. They also don’t provide any IN HOME CUSTOMER SERVICE requiring customer to come back to the store if they started there or call the 800 who sends you to the store because they aren’t familiar with the rules either. Run! Don’t walk, RUN AWAY! FROM T MOBILE

I recently had a disappointing experience at T-mobile and felt completely let down by their misrepresentation of a promotion and the lack of effort from their customer service personnel to address the issue and assist me.To make matters worse, when I attempted to seek assistance from their customer service personnel, I was met with indifference and a complete lack of empathy. They displayed no interest in understanding my concerns or resolving the issue at hand. It was disheartening to witness such apathetic behavior from a business that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction.As a result of this experience, I left T-mobile feeling not only deceived but also completely unsupported. It is essential for businesses to uphold their promises and take responsibility when misrepresenting promotions. Furthermore, customer service personnel should be trained to handle such situations with care and empathy, which was sorely lacking in this case.Regrettably, I cannot recommend T-mobile based on my negative encounter. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to prevent other customers from experiencing similar disappointments.

Had went into the store after being advised by customer service support for me to go into the location where the transaction originally took place so that the representative on the phone could work with the representative at the location but when I walk in they immediately denied responsibility for the issue while me and the representative both “TRYING” to explaining what going on they very rude and nonchalant at this store and is Strongly advised by me and the representative on the phone that negative consequences should be held for the team that worked on 05/23/2023 3:00 pm because they didn’t care for my concern nor even tried to come to an compromise they could work for both parties instead they let me leave out the store unfinished with my concern and left me and the representative on the phone and walked away The first guy in the store was scrolling down his phone the whole time in the middle of helping me with no concern for my issue then he grabbed the middle age white Manager lady which was very rude an nonchalant and walked away from me and the representative on the phone then they called an another older white lady with all kinds of tattoos she was rude and nonchalant and brushed me off to walk away with the manager which is the first mid age white lady if it wasn’t for the representative on the phone witnessing the treatment we both was receiving she got approval from her boss to help me on the manner and turned an very dissatisfied customer who was about to canceled service that how bad it is there they definitely need to be retrained on how they deal with customer concerns cause it just don’t make sense how people over the phone can listen truly understand you whether they believe me or not took my concern serious the whole time A+ plus to the representative on the Cheny for being awesome and doing your job well hopefully the folks at this location can learn from her cause that’s how you supposed to handle an paying customer concern but had no help from her own colleagues but them being rude to her and me an just walking away while she on the phone trying to resolve the issue so I give Battleground location and Strong and highly recommend 0 star rating y’all better off dealing with the representative on the phone cause the people at this location does not represent T-mobile the way it should and will perceive T-mobile differently after visiting
