I am a senior citizen and in need of extra technology help and Gladys was so very helpful to me. She probably spent an hour and a half with me… I am so appreciative.Not all T-Mobile stores are the same as it depends if it’s a third-party, which you do not want to go to… This one is a corporate store and a great place!!

T-Mobile is Trash. Sprint was much better. insurance to replace screen has a $27 copay, now they say you have to get a new devise for $99

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCEI visited the Wendover location on October 1st, 2023 After consulting with an employee, she put in an exchange. There was multiple errors with the system but she told me my phone would arrive within a week. I returned to the location Sunday, October 8th once the exchange arrived. I was there for an hour and again server errors and confusion and no phone for me. That employee that couldn’t do anything told me her manager would be there tomorrow . So, I called him to schedule an appointment since he was reinforcements. That manager was late to our meeting. He arrived 35 minutes after we discussed. Once he arrived, he didn’t say hello or apologize for wasting my time. After looking at my phone and trying a couple things, he also couldn’t do anything. The result was again, I’m sorry we can’t do anything. 3 different employees helped me over the course of two weeks. Each time no one knew what they were doing. I never want to see this place again, but guess what I have to return because the manager and the two employees that tried to help never returned my SIM card to my phone. They all seem confused. The one thing I heard the most was, I don’t know what’s wrong. Who’s training these people?

Priscilla saved a new TMobile customer! After spending 2 days switching a large number of lines from Verizon to TMobile, I had a brick for a phone. Returning to the original store who gladly took my 11 lines, they were too busy to even ask what the problem was. Just sign in and wait another hour+ to speak to anyone. My last resort before moving all 11 lines back to Verizon was to try another TMobile location. Although it took another 3+ hours I will never get back, I will only return to this location in the future. I have another account to move, and Priscilla and this location will get my business. Thank you and TMobile should recognize that you saved a customer from moving all their business back to Verizon!

I'll give grace because they were very busy and reasonably overwhelmed the day I came in, but there were still a bit of issues.While waiting, I heard a staffer tell someone that it's a $5 charge to pay their bill in the store as part of policy made a week prior. ? Audacious.Getting to the bottom of my phone issue, the staffer stated why my phone was slow was because it's an old model... She had NO base for that statement, my phone was released in October 2022. Making up an answer is worse than simply not knowing what's the issue.

I liked my sales associate's knowledge of the products, she had patience with the 5,623 questions I asked..."they didn't have the phone I wanted in stock" would be the only negative...would def visit again

If I could I'd give 0 stars. I've had TMobile almost a year and haven't had a good working phone since day 1. I can't upgrade unless I can shell out $250 or more per line! Not including the "upgrade" fee of $45 each. Wow TMobile you have failed as the "un" carrier.

Given that each TMobile store operates I'm guessing under a franchise model, I find it extremely disappointing that when I call and even state that I'm debating upgrading and purchasing a new device; I am basically encouraged to do it online as though they would rather not deal with a customer. Having spoken to the online sales team, they actually pushed and seemed to want my business. I have to imagine that the owner of this franchise is unaware of the apathy of the sales team. Sadly in this case, I would have preferred doing my purchase in store.

Great customer service. I've gone before when my phone broke, and was in just yesterday about the SIM card. When I put in the new T-Mobile SIM card (I'm a Sprint user who got grandfathered in), it wouldn't connect to the network. James helped me get that working, and then spent another hour figuring out why I suddenly couldn't receive phone calls. Glad I checked everything before I left, and can't thank James enough for sticking with it until I had all functions back.

Great customer service! My husband's S8 had an accident and we needed to get a new budget friendly phone, stat. Spoke with Jonas at Battleground location, where we initially started, but they did not have the phone we were looking for in stock. He confirmed this location had the one in stock we needed. It was an hour before closing, but we were greeted warmly by Priscilla, Amber and Micah. They workedwith us to get the phone up and running even though it took longer than expected. Thanks for the great service!!
