No registers open!
I enjoy going to Target. There’s always something that I need or want there. But this Target specifically has a problem with their abysmally long lines!
The last 4 times I went, there was not a single human register open. The only ones open were 4 self-scanning registers. For a supermarket this is really low! Walmart has 2-3 human registers in addition to 6 self scanners on each end of their building.
I had 5 items but I put all of them back, because I didn’t want to wait 20 minutes to checkout.

Target used to be affordable, but lately, their prices have gone up without a noticeable improvement in quality. I can often find similar items for less at other stores.

This is the worst Target in the triad area, messy, lazy workers, and disgusting food. ON TOP OF DISCONTINUING DEI OBJECTIVES. A complete disgrace.

Target on Lawndale, Greensboro, NC has a woman that works there, I believe her name is Nicole, she may even be a manager. This woman is rude, condescending, and lack professionalism. There have been a few occasions during my shopping at Target I have requested her assistance, not only is she not knowledgeable of the stores content, she comes across as if my dollars are not important enough to give assistance.
Target you have to do better in what you consider management!

I use to shop at Target all the time but now that they have gotten rid of their DEI programs. I will not be shopping at Target anymore. Very displeased with their management. I also sold my target stock. I also will not shop Walmart or Amazon.

Almost no staff in store. I only went because I had a gift card to use. I will not shop where they don't support diversity.

The associate that helped me was good. But there was Warehouse members out there in electronics. Very unprofessional looking it didn't look like employees and you can tell they had an attitude ask me what I was going to do with the phone like it's any of their business. The employee checking me out ask if there's anything I need to do about the phone. So I hope they activated this phone or I'm going to have to go back in and raise a stink.

What’s the point of having order pick up if you’re only going to have one person working the pick up counter?! The point of picking up is convenience! If I wanted to stand in a Target all day I would’ve just went shopping around the store.

This place is so trashy that I turned around and went to Walmart! I came this morning to purchase a breast pump at this location. Online it said the breast pump was available however the employees were too lazy to go in the back to get the pump for me. While turning around to leave I took some pictures of this hole in the wall target. I assume the manager of this location could care less. This location is a disgrace to Target and their brand!

I bought and paid for 30 controlled pills. When I got home there were only 25. Something disorganized or worse is happening in this unit. I'm going to contact the center.

Target has been struggling with noticeable staffing shortages, which significantly impacts the shopping experience. Shelves are often disorganized or under stocked, making it hard to find what you need in the correct aisle. The bathrooms are consistently dirty, suggesting a lack of regular cleaning and maintenance. Trash cans throughout the store and outfront are frequently overflowing, adding to the overall untidy appearance. These issues make it clear that more attention is needed to staffing and store upkeep to meet customer expectations. Please take the time to hire additional fill in staff to handle these issues instead of putting people only on the floor to watch shoppers. DO BETTER BECAUSE YOU KNOW BETTER... OR WE ARE GOING TO WALMART !
