Target has not been my shopping place since this June 2023. I have only visited there twice to pick up a specific item that I could not find anywhere else. Dec 2023, I placed an online pick up order for a specific Christmas ribbon. I received the notification that my order was ready and decided to pick up the next day. That Upon arrival the line for pick up was long. One reason being they had only 1 person working the pick up line. I showe my bar code and email confirmation that was sent that my order was ready. After a 32 minute wait. The person gathering orders from the back still didn’t have my order on the cart. She said then continued to see other people in line and get their pick up orders. 10 min later. I approached her and she said I needed to wait and walked off. I went to the manager and explained what was going on. He said that he would grab my order. 10 min goes by and here he comes with my order. She then approached at the same time with her cart and said she grabbed an alternate option because my item was not available. The store manager showed her my small bag with one roll of ribbon with my order.Fast forward. A few weeks later, I went to exchange a gift bag for another one. I approached the check out line with an actual person and he attempted to do the simple exchange. His manager told him that I would need to go to the refund and exchange line for this. I waited in line for about 15 min. The person helping me was the only one working this line. While other employees are standing around with it seemed nothing to do.It is not simple nor customer friendly to shop at Target anymore and I try to avoid this store at all cost.

this is my favorite target in greensboro. usually well stocked and great customer service. today the pickup was filled with almost every spot taken and only one male employee with long hair working pick up. This employee deserves all the praise and recognition and i hope that his management sees this and praises his hard work ethic while being short staffed. He was rushing around and doing the best he could while still trying to be very kind to everyone, even though i’m sure he ran into people complaining. I can only imagine how stressful it was to do alone but he handled it like a pro and didn’t slow down. I wish i had had cash to tip his efforts but I hope that target shows him they value him as an employee after today!

Decent variety OTHER THAN LEGOS-Among Us- McFarlane-Marvel Figures, Ball Cards.Electronics guy had to "get off His phone" to get a game in the case (I felt as if I was BOTHERING /causing inconvenience to him )?Lots of merch EVERYWHERE in boxes and Employees unloading merch & complaining.Hey. I get it..It's A LOT of work! Target in general is not as friendly as 5- 10 years ago. Wonder Why?❤️

Pickup experience: Only one person working the pickup and exchange counter on a busy Sunday afternoon with pre-Black Friday sales going on. It is inefficient and the wait is very long. Person scans your order then has to go OUTSIDE to a locker to get the order. Also, the "your order is ready for pickup" confirmation showed the order was fulfilled in total, but once I checked in at the store, the order updated at check in with canceled items. You should not email a confirmation showing the items are ready and then tell me items are unavailable AFTER I drive to the store. What's the purpose of an email confirming the order is ready for pickup when the items confirmed aren't actually going to be delivered? Target can do better.

Don’t bother making a return, exchange or order pickup. There is always a massive line and one person working. It’s absurd. Takes forever to get the pickup order and they have someone else go out and get it; even though you could do it faster

This store is a disgusting. Clothing lying all over the floor, shelving in disarray. Looks like a tornado blew through it. It's been like this for weeks. Management is poor. More and more Target stores are closing throughout the country and this one will probably be next. So sad how our nation has deteriorated in the last two years.

Wonderful customer service and this store has to be by far the best one in Greensboro. They are always well stocked as well as the aisle are clear of items & restocks. Their customer service is superb

Well organized and clean. Pretty typical Target stuff. This one is cleaner than average I would say and the parking lot is getting redone (2023) and is looking mighty fine.

This target ? store self checkout was definitely worth going to because of the staff member was a complete help, she didn’t mind helping me with my checkout, I wish I knew her name but she knows who she is, she was working the night shift in self checkout. I’ll definitely will be coming back whenever she’s working because I know she wouldn’t hesitate to help a customer to make it easy on both sides.

Walked in to buy a Roku on 8/6/23 a little before 8pm. When I got to the electronic section there was no one there. I pushed the assistance button and it took a little longer than 60 seconds for someone to show. So the guy comes over to deactivate the button and looked right at me and asked if I pushed the button. I said yes I am. He said OK just wait a few minutes and he walked over to help two guys that walked up after I did. I waited 5 minutes and then walked to the front. I started to leave but then felt like I was disrespected and wanted to speak to a manager. So when they called the manager up front it was the same guy that disrespected me in the electronics section. He came over with an attitude asking what was the problem. I asked, you're the manager? He said yes. I said you made me wait even tho I was first. He said yeah. No apologies, no explanations, or anything. So I turned to walk away, he didn't even stop me. How can you treat customers like they don't matter? I have not gone back to Target since. That one or any of them.

Target is my one-stop for almost anything for my home toiletry needs. Never a long wait, wide aisles for sharing. and sign posts located high above the aisles to help you locate your items quicker.
