Worst customer service ever. The two girls that were here tonight were extremely rude and they look and act like they don’t want to be here. Barely talk to cuatomers this is the #1 reason why I shop online (at four seasons mall)

I ordered some jeans from childrens place and they sent it through lasership and it was never delivered. I was home in my living room right in front of the door and no one came by at 7:30pm nor did my ring camera go off on my porch. I want a refund. I have already reported this to BBB to look into criminial acts with the employee of lasership and children’s place. Children's place needs to refund my money and make the complaint with lasership. Children Place will not resolve the issue. They are saying it's not their responsibility for the package to be delivered. That once it left the building its the shipping place responsibility. They will not refund me. They will not help me in anyway.Thank you,Alisa Compton-Hiatt

It’s back to school shopping time and this store is packed and they told us there dressing rooms are closed and that you have to buy them and bring them backIf they don’t fit. Who does that? Will not be coming back to this store again.

So my aunt purchased a pair of boots for a Christmas gift for my daughter….so no I didn’t have receipt for them, they were a gift. The boots still had all tags and everything on them….couldn’t exchange because they didn’t have the size, wasn’t trying to return and didn’t want money back but they wouldn’t even allow me to exchange for something else in the store. My opinion that policy sucks and besides that the customer service there wasn’t the greatest at all….they didn’t even offer to order the size online or anything….no help at all, I was told there’s nothing that can be done unless a receipt is located….not everyone steals if that’s what they’re thinking

Horrible customer service. Return policy is awful even with your original receipt. Extremely rude staff. They act like it’s a huge inconvenience to them to do their job. Will never come back to this location

Horrible, rude employees. I drove an extra 20 minutes to return a single item that I bought online that didn't fit my daughter. Online it said they opened at 11. I got to the store at 11:20, and the lights were on and employees working inside. The doors were closed and had a single piece of paper taped up that said "closed". I stood by the door for a few minutes wondering if they were taking longer than normal to open, or what. The sign on the door also said they open at 11.Finally one of the employees saw me, and she glared through the glass and mouthed "WE'RE CLOSED." I asked, why are you closed? It says you open at 11. She rudely said "THE SIGN SAYS WE'RE CLOSED."Yes, I can see that, thank you. I want to know why the store was randomly closed during business hours with absolutely no indication other than a flimsy little paper "closed" sign, and no reason for closure other than "the sign said so." I completely understand covid closures, etc, but the least they could do is be clear and kind about it when people are inconvenienced.

Sign said they closed at 8pm on Saturday. Walked in at 7:20pm and the 2 rude associates proceeded to tell me they were closed and to leave.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, customer service. From the time I walked into the store the 2 female employees were talking badly about a male coworker right at the register. When it was time for me to check out I approached the register and I could sense right away the lady had an attitude. As she rang up the merchandise I kept looking at the total to make sure everything scanned correctly. I noticed she charged me extra and the total number of items I had was about 7 and on the screen I was looking at it showed more than 7 items. Side note, I did the calculation in my head beforehand so I had an idea of how much the total should be. I asked her how many items do I have because on the screen I'm looking at it's showing I have more than what I have, she gave me the dirtiest look and rudely says the sweater is 30 dollars, taken aback by her answer as I never asked her about any sweater. She continued to stare at me as if I was d*** and as if I was wasting her time still without telling me how many items I had. I then told her what's showing up on the screen is incorrect, (how dare I say that) she totally lost it. She threw her arms in the air and starting yelling, for a second I thought I was back in high school about to get into a fist fight I couldn't believe how ghetto and unprofessional this girl was behaving. Long story short she corrected whatever mistake she made and my total ended up being correct afterwords. I'm not sure what type of scam she was trying to pull on me but I know one thing, i will never shop here again, I should have just left everything on the counter and walked out of the store. These 2 female employees need to be terminated. Corporate need to get involved at this particular location. Poor customer service, messy, cluttered store, and ghetto, rude, unprofessional employees.
