The young lady who assisted me was ver professional. She greeted me and was very patient in conducting the measurements, explaining the products and services provided at the good feet store, and seeing that I was satisfied before leaving the store. She assured me that I could expect them to follow up and monitor my progress. Allow me to say that her words to me regarding the follow up are reliable. The Good Foot Store is already monitoring my progress.

The best experience ever! Now whether these orthotics work for me or not, because I just received them yesterday, Mr Grant explained everything down to the "t". He really was professional and knew what he was doing. Thank you Mr. Grant.

I had some initial difficulty in that the shoes I started out with were too tight with the arch supports and caused my foot pads to swell and hurt. I had to go back to my old shoes and lay off a day and start over. Since starting over over all much better and I’m more hopeful this is going to work.

Please read the reviews on the Better Business Bureau before you purchase.I know some people who had good results and that is why I came here. However if you don’t you’re pretty much out of luck. A short in office visit by someone who’s not a doctor isn’t enough time to assess if these inserts will work especially when you have a no return policy. I wish I’d been more skeptical before signing on the dotted line. As a company they have to know that their products will not work for everyone but they don’t care if it works or not. Once they have your money you’ll have to spend it on something in their store so they will always win. Think carefully before you buy and you may want to see a podiatrist before you go to get an opinion of a doctor. Now I’m searching for ppl who I can possibly spend this credit on that I’m supposed to get. No one ever apologized that I’d spend $1600 and they did work for my family. Just said your receipt said no refund, which it does. However as a person who is also in the service industry, I would at least expect someone to say ‘I’m sorry these did not work for your family’ even if I could not get my money back.I’ll NEVER recommend this product! Very disappointing.

I would and already have recommended the Good Feet Store to anyone who might have a minute to hear my story. Wonderful, caring staff that take the time to truly find out what your problem may be and work with you to the solution.I was hesitant at first, I had been dealing with so much pain for so long. As everything was explained I became a little more hopeful. Then came trying on shoes with the first arch supports and I was totally amazed. For the first time in a couple years I could stand up straight and actually walk without pain. I walked back and forth through the store in tears, it was such a difference. I don't think I truly knew how much pain I was in, until it was gone.There was no longer any hesitation, I knew this was the answer to my prayers, of not only walking without pain, but getting back to a more active lifestyle in general.It's worth checking out if you are dealing with pain and have started noticing a change in your mobility when even doing the smallest tasks throughout the day.I am so glad I did!!

My review is from December 2023.My husband and I scheduled an appointment and we were welcomed with a smile by all!Virgil Williams was knowledgeable in more ways than one because he too wears the product! However, Good Feet has a policy that says the salesperson must follow up with the customer and Virgil FAILED me when it pertained to following the policy! Good Feet products are costly and when I spend this kind of money, a customer wants all that is promised!However, even though there was an error made, in the store’s policy by Virgil! Good Feet has a store manager named Mr. Nick Edwards!Nick listened to my complaint and apologized and then Nick followed up with me for Virgil. Nick is the backbone of this store, knowledgeable, kind, articulate and is one of the reasons this store is doing so well! He is a TEAM player y’all and even though Virgil made a MISTAKE, Nick still believes in not only the products at Good Feet but his employees too!That is why I gave Good Feet 5 stars because yes, they are a team at Good Feet! Thank you Nick for all you have done for me and my husband. Would I tell others to shop in this store? YES! Why? Nick the store manager will not leave you (the customer) unhappy and so far… I am very happy and most importantly, my feet are going in the right direction.Yes, thank you Virgil for selling the product but thank you Nick for being a great leader!

I was sold a couple grand worth of stuff and so far nothing has helped. The kit I was given has inserts and Velcro stickers to hold them in place, that Velcro only last a short time and the inserts are sliding everywhere. Expensive “medical grade” vibrating foot massager really doesn’t help either. I still wear the compression socks every day in hopes it’ll help someday. Kinda feel stupid for being convinced to spend that much money on things that didn’t improve at the slightest. Didn’t know I was gonna spend 2k when I walked in honestly. Thought I was going to buy a pair of shoes and some socks. Guess the pay is commission based. Oh well, out 2k and still in pain.

Positive experience in store. Little pricey but when you consider how much time we spend on our feet. We'll worth the investment. Life time warranty. Virgil was helpful with suggestions. Very informative and knowledgeable. Great selection of options!

The employees were great but the 1/2 orthotic has not helped my neuropathy at all. I’ve tried them wearing different tennis shoes and no help. Headed back this week for the full orthotic to see if that helps. If not I’m hoping they will, at least, return some of my $$…hoping it doesn’t lead to this and the full set will help me tremendously…..
