“First time visiting Havana Phil's Cigar Company. A very nice selection of fine cigars was on display. I purchased two each of three selections by Arturo Fuente. They had the Maduro 8•5•8 that I really like. Walking from the parking area, I noticed a lounge area with tables and chairs outside where you can relax and savour a cigar. There were many specialty cigars of different origins when you first walk in. The humidor area was separate and had a vast selection of other high-quality cigars. If you're having a bit of trouble finding one of your favorite cigars, try Havana Phil's. The gentleman working that day was knowledgeable and very helpful. There was a vast array of high-quality accessories as well. I need to get back and look more closely because I was running out of time. So, if you're new to Havana Phil's, give yourself some extra time to look around and explore. If you are a cigar aficionado, you will be glad you did.”

“i come in here pretty much every other day for some gummies, i'm sure they would probably recognize my face (i just don't feel comfortable having it as my public google picture lol) but they are seriously so awesome. there's a reason they have five stars - the only negative review i saw seemed to be tripping anyway, if i'm being frank lol, but their selection is great, and they're such sweet approachable people. jenna always makes me feel warm and welcome - especially shopping alone as a girl, she just has such a helpful presence and has always helped me or answered my questions. they're all super kind, chill and the point benefits are great too <3”

“Simply the best smoke shop in the Triad. I've been coming here for years because the staff is not only passionate but they are also highly educated about the stuff they sell. So many other shops around here just buy their supplies in bulk and throw them on the shelf without learning about the product they are selling. “There is a difference between smoke shops and vape shops. This is a true vape shop where the staff is knowledgeable of it's product. I can't say the same about other so called smoke and vape shops where owners are opening shops and are ignorant to the product they sell.”

“This store is great because they usually have the newest and best reviewed brands in stock. I went in a couple of weeks ago looking for a very specific product that I was eager to try and the employee helped me find exactly what I needed in just a few minutes. My only complaint is that their prices are too high compared to even bigger known shops like GlassCity, MadVapes, and others. If they lowered their pricing (or better yet price-matched) to be more in line with their competitors I would probably make this my go to smoke shop. Until then I'll just enjoy the variety of the store and shop modestly.”
