I'm tired of the online bait and switch for delivery times.... The last couple of time I chose Home Depot because of a 2 day delivery time... 4 days and a week for the actual!

The young lady Rae offers outstanding customer service while processing my returns. She took excellent care of me with all the returns I needed processed and managed to smile the entire time. Pleasure to work with and made my store visit brief!!

I waited over 30 minutes for a "leader". The associate was amazing but the management here obviously needs to be reassessed and demoted. They couldn't care less. Even the associate said the managers are never around to help and they can't ever find them. Talk about lazy leadership with an inability to put the customer first. The line level associates are great. The management is what needs to be changed. Horrible.

Loss Prevention Should not be following me around the store when I have never stole anything. Also waited behind me at the register while I waited to pay for my things. So I stood there n waited to see if he was going to come back n he did with his eyes directly on me as I was waving my recipe. This person continues to profile me really bothers me.

Finally......my expectations for big box home improvement stores finally comes true. I was on a mission to obtain an adjustable workbench ( sturdier and cheaper than a sit/ stand desk) for my home office. As I searched the toolbox area, Amy made eye contact and immediately came to my rescue. She started by asking if I needed assistance and continued to show interest in my search. Amy was simply amazing. She provided exceptional customer service by locating the product, assisting the forklift driver and making sure we were able to load the product into our car. Thank HD for a chance to redeem my faith.

I recently had a horrible rental return experience at home depot on brassfield over a few clogged aerator tines of dry dirt. So I now drive an extra 10 minutes just to use Wendover. Met a guy there, who has literally been there in rental for 25 years ! He's got tattoos and gages..Can't miss him. Hands down the coolest and most helpful employee the home depot has. I feel like he needs that blessing from the big boss. Shout out to you brotha man ??

I ordered a washer and dryer. The delivery boys had so many stipulations about doing it that I finally sent them away and canceled a $1800 order. The store manager would not come to the phone and the corporate phone tree was endless. I finally got someone via text chat. It's going to be 3 business days to get my money back. I won't do business with them again.

If you're reading this it must be because of one of two reasons.. #1 You've been living under a rock and have never heard of Home Depot. #2 You've been to other Home Depots and wanted to know if this one was as dysfunctional as all the others? Well I assure you if your looking to be annoyed and pissed off then a visit to this Home Depot will not disappoint. I recently moved to the area and needed to purchase a washer and dryer set. I went to the local Home Depot and as I did enjoy overhearing the banter exchange between the sales woman and a customer discuss there experiences serving in the military I was a bit surprised by what happened at the end of there exchange. The Home Depot sales woman said "what do you need, I'm in a hurry and I'm off work in 5 minutes".. I replied that I needed to purchase a washer and dryer set and I wanted to know what was available the quickest. Her answer was come back tomorrow. So I left and drive to the Lowes down the street and purchased a washer / dryer set and they loaded it into my van. BAM! What I know to be FACT is unless you know exactly what you need and are willing to rummage through there disorganized rats nest of a store don't ever choose Home Depot as a solution as it's literally more of a problem. This holds true at every Home Depot I've ever been to. They hire people who don't know anything and the 3 per store that do know what they're doing are so overwhelmed because of there competence, seem to have an ora of A-Hole about them, maybe because they are lifting the load for the imbecile factor. Home Depot.. It's a God forsaken s*** show of a store.

We have asked for a manager for the TOOL DEPT. been here for 40 minutes and still waiting! What has happen to Home Depot? Feels like we are at LOWES ! No help at all!!!! Pitiful

This Home Depot is just as you would expect a Home Depot to be. Very well maintained store. Nice and organized displays. All the staff I have dealt with here is friendly and knowledgeable. Large selection. Well maintained restrooms. Ample parking. Clean parking lot.

Took forever to get a sales person in appliances even though two young women were supposed to be in the floor. When I asked the clerk to run specs for me on a dishwasher that would have been at last a $1,000 sale, she said, "like you're buying it?". I said need to go home and measure, etc. I needs tge specs. Her: that's a lot of paper. Me: You all are making the money. Then she proceeded to tell me I could pull up on line. Explained my PC cuts off and I can't read and print from my IPhone. I have never in my life (and it's been a long life) had a sales clerk complain about a few sheets of paper (& not her paper) when it involves a hefty sale. This was just laziness and rudeness. Also when she had started to help me and stopped to help someone else w a price. HD needs to train their workers on customer relations and how to make the customer happy. Also the customer should not have to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the department, esp when there are supposed to be there, not on break at the same time!
