“they were super sweet and helped me fix my retired build a bear from 2011 that i’ve had since my early childhood. i was worried she wouldn’t be able to be restuffed but they were able to, and not only that but they were super tactful and kind about it. they even asked me if i wanted to keep the old sound box in the bear. really sweet and made my whole week :,) also helped me put an outfit on my bear after she got thicc by being refilled lol. thank you!”
