Have been satisfied after years since 2016 banking here until I went thru drive thru to withdrawl money and no slips available. The ditsy teller laughs and says yeah can’t withdrawl without the slip which weren’t even stocked at the particular drive thru. Get it together!

They have declined. Canceled my transaction even though it went through because they thought it was fraudulent but it wasn't they still haven't paid my $25 late free.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK!! I should have known better when one of their own loan officers stated they went elsewhere to get their car loan...? If course made up some ridiculous excuse as to why not... However, I didn't listen to the whisper and went along with the application...Mind you, I just not to long ago got a car loan and personal loan and if you know how the system works you have to wait a few months until you can get another... Anyway....I know that I have good enough credit and payment history or I would not have been approved for those, however, they gave me some lame excuse about things from 2014/2017 one of which was written off in a Bankruptcy that my aunt filed and had taken care of on get credit which clears it on mine, and student loans that are currently in good standing......So, if you know you are credit worthy DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE.GO where you will be recognized as such....Also, while everyone else was leaving they were sent along with salutations, I guess we were invisible although they were looking right at us....I WILL NOT BE RETURNING AND ADVISE ANYONE TO STAY AWAY...

last 2 times i have went thru the drive thru and deposited money they put it in checking instead of savings or they put it in savings instead of my prefered line.i have to go online and fix there mistake because they do not have the attention span to look at deposit slip and log it into the right account.You have to check behind them folks or they will screw up your account.

I got to the drive thru at 5:50 on a Friday and I was really pushing it. I was there until 6:20 to drop a deposit. And there were only 3 cars in front of me when I got there. Then I realized there was only 1 teller doing the drive thru. It seems the drive thru would have several tellers especially on a Friday.

THE absolute slowest bank in GSO. lobby, drive through, it doesn't matter. no one os ever in a hurry to help.

The WORST Truliant to in Greensboro. When you get to the intercom no one greets you, acknowledges that you're there or asks you what you would like to do. The wait time is ALWAYS EXTREMELY LONG. And you can tell the employees are just over it. The one on Jefferson or new garden is always pleasant, friendly and straight to the point but will always assist you further if needed.
