I have mixed emotions on this one. It's not every week that you need to rent a truck but when you do, if you're like me, you have a designated time frame to begin and end. Unfortunately, things don't always go as you plan and this came into play more than once with this customer. To start off, I reserved a 26' truck three days in advance to make sure there was one available at 7am (bad experience in the past at another place). Anyhow, I arrived at 6:50 and was the first in line. Within 5 minutes, a second person showed up. By 7:10 still no employees. Around 7:15 the GM arrived, he did apologize for his tardiness and we moved on. This has already set be behind but no big deal, we will be alright. During my wait for an employee, the other customer called the number on the door for the regional manager and it went to some guy that was not affiliated with uhaul. Lol. Don't call him. The GM is very laid back with no personableness about him. It's straight monotone and business. Anyhow, I was expected to have the truck back by closing (7pm). At 6pm, I realized I wasn't going to make it and called them to let them know. They ended up extending me 12 hours at no charge even though I was only going to be a couple additional hours. When I finally did arrive and locked up and dropped the key, I turned around to see that I had left the park lights on the truck. Unfortunately, this particular truck didn't have an auto shutdown and as far as I know we're going on all night or until the battery died. I did send a text to the GM who's cell number is on the door (hopefully it was the right one). I never received a text back nor did I receive a charge the next day which I expected for my mistake. All in all, it was a good experience and they really did do me right. I would recommend using this location.

I made a reservation to have a trailer hitch installed two weeks in advance. No one called me to confirm, so I called a week prior to make sure it was still ok. They said 'yes, everything's set' and told me to keep the appointment. When I came in that day I got blank stares and I was told that they don't do installations on the weekend. That's well and good, but then why was I able to make the reservation in the first place and then when I called to confirm why wasn't I told about it? When we called U-Haul customer service we were told there wasn't anything they could do. I'm less mad about the install than I am about the fact that someone at some point should have contacted me before I drove an hour and a half out of my way to tell me that they wouldn't be able to provide the promised service...

I made a reservation 2 months in advance. 5 hours before I was supposed to pick up the vehicle, they called to say they don't have anything for me. Now it's too late to book anything else.

Terrible wait. Terrible customer service. Got a dirty truck. And then I was charged because their truck was dirty. Would never go back here

This company came thru my yard without permission to deliver a uhaul box to the neighbors house behind me...got stuck because of all the rain and damaged my yard...spoke with jasmine the so called idiot assistant manager who wouldn't let me speak with the manager in charge...criminal trespassing charge are being filed...this is the most incompetent group I've ever seen... this is just part of what they did... im holding jasmine and this company responsible in the trespassing report to the police.

I had a really bad experience with this business. The owner Sabrina did a bait and switch on us and did not change the rental information on the contract. With that, we did not have proof of mileage and they charged double of what google maps said we drove. Also, the truck they gave us had no gas so my husband put gas in the vehicle. When turned the truck in, they reimbursed the gas, but then a day later the reversed the charges and re-invoiced over double in charges. When I called to determine why, the owner would not listen to me and said the bill was correct. I asked for a copy of the revised bill, she said she would and then hung on me. I got the invoice and I could see right away what the issue was. They had taken most of the gas refund. When I tried to call Sabrina back, she would not answer the phone, instead forwarding my call to another location. I tried using my cell instead and she answered right away. I pointed out the issue and she acknowledged it and said she would have to call me back. She never did. She did give me the credit for gas a day later but I only know that because I checked my credit card. No apology, no nothing. If you run into issues with this business, don't expect any type of customer service instead expect a confrontation - at least from the owner.

This place is horrible. They lost my key and my movers had to break into my box to get my stuff and they seem really clueless One of the girls told me that their manager got fired recently and it's clearly why they are just absolutely terrible. I would never recommend this place
