First they charged me for a dolly that wasn’t on there.. So I started calling them back immediately and got no answer. I dropped my truck way before scheduled time and then later that day I got charged again and it was more than the first time. They don’t answer the phones and they store hours are when ever they want to come and go.

This company is very deceitful and shady. I was forced into a uhaul that was triple the cost of my initial reservation, but was told by corporate that I shouldn’t have paid more than the initial agreed upon amount. I was forced to walk across traffic to park my car and receive the rental, and the rental itself and business was filthy. I should’ve ran due to these warnings and take my business elsewhere as my virtual receipt showed how unprofessional and deceitful they are. The company charged me a cleaning fee for a vehicle that I received filthy despite the owner seeing this for himself before I left the lot. I was charged around $370 without my knowledge after I dropped off the vehicle. This is wayyyyy more than my rental itself. This company knows what they did and should be very ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of customers. I have contacted my bank and I recommended you do not conduct business here under any circumstances as they will do you wrong and not think twice about it. If you find yourself with no other options report everything prior to leaving the lot and on arrival as they are very shady.Shame on them!

Well, it started out great until I received the receipt in my email. Unethical is the nicest word I can relate right now. There was a charge of a 50.00 cleaning fee which I was told comes from corporate office after they view the photos of inside of truck which of course was a complete lie. It was clean upon return and when I called the corporate office I was told that was not true and they are not responsible for adding fees or viewing photos. My credit card was also charged twice which again I was told was a corporate decision which of course, it was not. I will never rent from them again. I also know several people who are about to move and were going to use them but I have had to tell them how unprofessional and extremely dishonest about the way they practice business there. I’m not sure why they chose to deceive me and lie about absolutely everything but whatever the reasons if you decide to do business there, be sure to review your receipt, they will try you. Fortunately the corporate office reversed the bogus charges and apologized for the false information given me. They should be incredibly embarrassed and ashamed of the way they conduct “business” I recommend anyone but them. Heed this warning they are deceitful to say the least.

Mr. Charles Pierce who manages the facility was most helpful and very solution oriented. When we needed an additional dozen pads he called another facility to ensure availability before we arrived. We appreciate his customer centric approach. I would recommend this U-Haul facility to anyone in need of truck rental. Truck was clean and ready to go when we arrived. 5/26/2023

Well the experience started off pretty good the representative told my son that he will call him back when the vehicle was in the vehicle came in on Saturday at 5 he called my son to let him know that he could actually pick up the vehicle on Sunday at 8 my son and I were there at 8 we sat there for 45 minutes the rep never came in he never answer the phone my son even call the personal line that he actually called him from on Saturday and it went straight to voicemail I then actually called another U-Haul in Greensboro to have his reservation transferred over but if I can get this place a zero then I would

Nice guy. Pleasant to deal with. No issues with the truck and (unlike the Covid clowns at the 1501 E Bessemer Avenue location) they had the vehicle I reserved waiting on me. I will use this location again. The jerks at E Bessemer should take business etiquette classes from this guy.

These guys should train other stores on customer service. I couldn't be happier with the service at the specific location (W Gate City Blvd). Professional, friendly, helpful, quick and smooth all wrapped up in one store.
