Checkout girl asked my last name 3 times, couldn't find my order. LOUDLY CHEWING GUM THE WHOLE TIME! , and very cavalier about the interaction. Finally after putting my order number in instead of looking for the name she found it and lo and behold on the outside of the package piis a sticker with my last name. Hmmmmm, let me guess, you really could care less about your job or the customers where your pay comes from?

I went recently to spend a gift card and pick out a new concealer. There were two ladies gossiping and talking very negatively about a co-worker by the front. Never once did they greet me or ask if I needed help (I didn’t because I’ve worked in beauty for years and even managed this department at this location years ago). The testers and gondolas were absolutely filthy, and hardly anything was stocked. I would suggest instead of being toxic and speaking so ill of others that you pick up a cloth and clean. It was not an inviting environment in more ways than one.

The worst customer service of any Ulta I’ve visited, there were a few helpful employees but the majority were rude and had terrible attitudes. Two employees were especially rude, one when I inquired about purchasing a cologne, instead of telling me right away the one I wanted wasn’t in stock she treated me like I was stupid for not realizing one was a “parfum” while the other was a “cologne.” The packaging was exactly the same except for that small difference, then entire time she acted like I was wasting her time. The employee who checked me out was also pretty rude, instead of asking if I wanted to use the 750 points I had she got annoyed when I asked if I could use them. Just an overall bad experience here. Going forward I will be purchasing my beauty needs at any of the other 10 Ulta stores that are within 30 minutes of my house.

I came in to replenish my makeup. I so appreciated working with Anna, one of the consultants on the floor. She was able to skin tone match me right away while being very attentive, friendly, and professional. I asked, and Anna made some excellent product recommendations. I've been very happy with the products purchased now that it has been a couple of days of using theta home. I wish the checkout line would be shorter, but it went by pretty fast.

around this time of year it’s a little chaotic and the associates always give the best service that they can i always go for my skincare and makeup needs and i’m always helped. even when other customers are giving them a hard time they are always respectful

I ordered through your online site for store pick up at the Friendly Center Greensboro, NC location. I arrived at the store and parked in mobile pick-up around 4pm Eastern time. I checked in for curbside pick up twice and nobody ever came out to bring me my item. I went inside and the line for the checkout was more than 20 people long!!! If you can't uphold your curbside service then you need to discontinue it. I hope this helps someone else.

Do not order anything from this store. The curbside pickup sucks then after 45 minutes with no one coming out I go inside. The line is wrapped all the way down the side of the store. .Never again. If my order wasn't already paid for you could keep it. It will be the last time you get anything from me.

It's fine, but they never come to the car when doing curbside. I had a sprained ankle and was in a boot and I still had to go inside. Sure it's not a necessity, but if it's offered, it should be available, especially for people with health conditions or disabilities
