Dropping of a package that needed to be shipped out and help with printing out the label. Melissa I had amazing customer service and was very helpful and patient with me. She even made me laugh I enjoyed my little bit of experience there. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

UPDATE: I should have learned my lesson. But second package sent to this location and guess what? This package was opened and taped up again by I guess the staff in the store. I guess nobody wanted my cowboy boots from SHEIN, I should be grateful it wasn’t stolen. But you guys keep opening my packages and expect me to believe it’s a coincidence…. I made sure to cancel my UPS MY CHOICE this time. I made sure to open my package in the store to make sure my goods were still there. The employee gonna say “I don’t know how that got like that”…
Guilty much? People if you have packages sent here. Don’t sign off on it until you made sure it’s there. These people in this store are thieves.
Can I actually find a UPS store where the employees won’t steal my things. I switched to THIS location because the one on Battleground, the black guy stole my phone I was sending back to Verizon. Now this place attempted to steal my uniform scrubs for school. Thank GOD, they had my school name on them, so they can’t be used unless you were going to that school and was in the nursing program. So does UPS want me to believe that my package hadn’t been tampered with? They really want me to believe that only 2 of 5 items was without the plastic on it from when the uniform company shipped it. They really thought i didn’t see that my package was opened and taped up. So I’m just oblivious to it all, right? I know that between the warehouse and the store an attempt of theft was made on my items. The only reason I have them, is that it’s monogrammed. Now I see that theft is a KNOWN issue with UPS, and no amount of changing stores will change that. I may as well take my chances having my items sent to my door. Either way it doesn’t change the fact that your employees are stealing in the warehouse as well. Let’s talk about the employee in your store today who was very dismissive as she saw how I looked at the package in disbelief. Great customer service was lacking. Usually they hand you your package (it wasn’t large or heavy). She left it sitting on the other counter for me to walk more steps to grab(I’m not entitled) but other employees have handed off the package. Makes me feel as though she tampered with my package. Either way, it’s on UPS. Do you not have cameras you monitor frequently. Why do employees feel emboldened to attempt at stealing customers packages? This needs to be investigated. I have had 3 separate instances of theft/attempted theft at 3 different locations. This is unreal. You don’t question employees who seem to be opening packages and then taping it back up? Surely you don’t think all of these packages are just bursting at the seams. (Sarcasm) DO BETTER. My nursing school uniform cost well over $230. What if they had blindly stolen my things with no regard to what it was….I’d have to eat that loss. How is that right? What’s a criteria for even working for you guys? Ability to steal with ease and perfection? This is crazy. To clarify the pictures…the two scrub tops were taken out of plastic, the scrub jacket plastic was ripped. The two scrub pants were intact.

Went in to fax a document 5/23 before noon. Both of the women working there were so efficient and friendly. I will always drive a bit further to go to this UPS store so I know I get the best service and an enjoyable experience.

Hadn’t been in UPS in a year, was shocked upon my last visit to see that they no longer provide packaging if you have a label, they also itemize charge you to package an item you’re sending out? Wow, this in addition to their penchant for losing packages with no recourse or assistance on a claim…I don’t know how they’re still viable. Thankful I already had the label printed out or that would’ve probably been another charge. No satisfaction across the board from this company

I walked in with a box and printed Amazon return label. They printed the receipt and I was don't in less than 10 seconds. The ladies were nice too. Great store

By the way, the New location of UPS is right next to Mr. Tire. One of their pictures is of the old location with Friendly shopping centers logo.

I love the ladies that work the front counter of the store, always so sweet and they get me in and out very quickly however whomever the manager/owner of this location is needs to do a better job of taking care of his/her associates. I dropped off a couple Amazon returns today and I felt so bad for the two ladies working in the store. It's 30 degrees outside and those poor girls are inside this building with no heat. It's just as cold inside the store as it is outside and they are in there freezing. One of them was bundled up as best she could and was still shivering b/c she was so cold. That is absolutely ridiculous! Turn on the heat so your associates and customers can at least be comfortable while in the store.

Your service is great but need to enlarge the tracking number on the receipt because it's so small you can barely read it. Sometimes you can't make out a 6 from a G.
