Staff was friendly and very upfront and honest. But the shipping price is charged by the company were ridiculous. This is why we have to support the post office and subsidize them as prices will only get worse if we don't.

I have been going to this store for a year and 1/2 and its a new manager there she is funny and she treats her team and customers like family like if i didn't drive trucks I would love to work here and amazon temu change their returns all the time and she will stop and help u understand with patience. And they will clear a line just wanted to shout her out and her team

Never had any issues here. The staff are helpful and patient. The self-service machine for return drop-offs is great.

There is a tall Dark skinned black lady with bright gold reddish hair working yesterday and she was extremely RUDE. She was rude to an elder white lady as well telling her she needs to stop bringing her packages to ups and learn to take them to right store. So yesterday i came to drop an amazon package off and my phone display was cracked she was getting upset telling me I need to print the qr code next time or have a better phone before i come scan and drop off anymore packages RUDE. She needs to be fired i posted video on social media now ups will deal with the conseqenses of hiring rude ppl when your store gets trashed DON'T BLAME MY REVIEW.

Store associate was very rude for no reason at all. The unprovoked attitude and lack of professionalism was very distasteful. I definitely won’t be back to this location here on Battleground in Greensboro NC. I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t submit my post otherwise. -5 star experience to say the least.

Hope I am spelling her name, right but I believe it’s Zamarya. she was a total sweetheart with a big smile when I walked in. I hurt my knee real bad and I can’t be driving around and she was able to change one of my packages from Whole Foods helping me with my phone so I can pay here instead of driving all the way over there. No other person has done that for me very kind young lady.
