Friendly, accommodating and efficient service. In and out in under 5 minutes. I would highly recommend UPS to a friend. Mya helped me out and she was lovely!

Always some evidence of incompetence. Amazon return. Problem with my printer - expectation was use email link to email label at store. Called to ask for sure. Well they don't pick up the phone. Surely no problem here Fed ex does this all the time. So I just drove to store. Explaining this she says we charge 4.85 to print. So they want the business but they cant actually perform the task without ripping you off. Total joke. Plus they close at 6:30 when Battleground store is open til 7:00. Compared to Battleground store you get the feeling the employees are too lazy to work just by their manner.

If I could you no stars I would. This store is ridiculous. Why is my package not moving since Friday this is the second time this store has LOST my package or has and issue with my package. They don’t answer the phone. What good is this store. I HATE THIS store‼️

The line is so long, and the staff are moving like they have no respect for the time. One is on the phone, and it seems like a personal call? I have never waited so long at a ups store

Trying to call this location with the number provided by store and I get a voicemail of a gentleman saying the store is closed and it give no option to speak with a live human. Prior to this day I get a voicemail that says I have reached a different location. I do not understand why this location can not get their phone and messaging sysytem straight. Not all inquiries and assistance can be handled though email nor should a paying customer be required to only use email to reach a cuatomer service rep in store. I have been told if I was not happy there I could choose to go elsewhere which really does not speak well to the customer relationship. Very annoying and unprofessional.

Great service. Professional, friendly and helpful. Ms Leslie & her staff make everything so easy. I have been working with them about 5 years and they have never let me down. I drive past the other UPS store to come here because this store does it right!
