I was very happy with my experience at this store. The store employee, Linda, was very nice, polite and helpful. The whole process went much smoother and quicker than a past experience I had at another store. She got my documents notarized and ready for mailing in a few minutes. If you need any mailing or notary work done, I highly recommend this store!!!

Wow, what a great experience! Linda, the store employee, was so pleasant and friendly. She greeted everyone who walked in with a warm, genuine smile and made everyone feel welcome. Sending and sharing my thanks of gratitude for working with someone like Linda. Coming in the UPS store to be greeted with a smile and words of kindness, says a lot .Every time the door open and a customer comes in Linda greets the customer. With the hospitality & professionalism shown by Linda & Comzin at the UPS on West Market Street in Greensboro nc Im inspired to never go anywhere else for my shipping needs ever again. Not only their acute attention to detail but also their patience & manners.
It makes me think UPS has done either a excellent job with the training & orientation process & or these WOMEN were beneficiaries of great home training. Either way this is the way to go for your expedited shipping needs.

I walked into UPS to see Linda behind the counter by herself with a line of at least six people and people still entering the building. With every new person that entered she greeted them and told them that she would be with them momentarily as well as thanking people for their patience. She was so extremely professional, even under the immense amount of pressure she was under by being understaffed and handled every situation with Grace and kindness, this lady truly deserves a raise and a promotion for the amazing work that she does!
