The customer service was outstanding. I was having problems with my Amazon return QR codes and the staff members were extremely patient and kind. They assisted me with the entire process and made sure my packages were returned.

I came to do a return and I’m not sure of her name but I had another return to make and she saved me another trip to another UPS store because she told me that you can make a return at any UPS store. I really appreciated her she was super sweet and very caring and willing to help!

I was having trouble fitting my return back in the box, I was helped immediately. I appreciate the fast and friendly service. This is the best location I’ve been to thus far.

Stephanie was amazing! Very professional and sweet as can be. She gave us information and advice that helped me and my brother with our issue with ease showcasing her knowledge and care for the best interest of the customer, it was very refreshing to say the least. I hope she is working anytime i need to go there very enjoyable to work with in that short time of walking in the store and walking out!!

This UPS location is super cramped. Small space and parking lot is tiny.
The times I’ve been here it’s been pretty busy and the staff are not the fastest or most efficient.
UPS in general does what I need, especially when returning my Amazon packages or when I want to drop mail off for the USPS. I don’t use it at all for mailing as it’s pricey.

If you are needing fingerprinting done, don’t use this location. The machine is horrible and took about 50+ tries.

Just walked straight out of here.
I just shipped the exact same thing to the same person for 27 dollars and I walked in too early for bro at the counter I guess because I was there at 8:03 am young dude with dreads and and attitude from the start. He told me it was going to be 68 dollars to ship a bike shock. Wasn't even in a box and was pre labeled. Talking quiet no smile no customer service skills at all. I left. I will not be back for any reason. 68 dollars to ship a 5 inch shock in a padded envelope that was pre labeled. That's absolutely ridiculous. Unbelievably poor service.

This store is a nightmare. Every time I'm there I have to deal with a rude employee. This woman without a nametag intentionally let other people in front of me and tried to ignore me with my packages. When I complained she told me to get out of HER store. I wish there was any other shipping company to deal with.
