Line out the door of people waiting to drop off packages, watching the only attendant providing pack and ship services. I’m here with Pre-Paid overnight package. Seems like there should be other drop off options rather than to wait in line like this…

I have never been treated bad any other store . Unbelievable customer service. Kamiya customer service she was need to learn how treat and great the customer service esle she has to find herself better fit job. Also when I ask for store manager Kamiya she pretend to be manager which doesn’t much with her bad attitude and bad customer service. Manager doesn’t treat customers needs awful and horribly. So please people stay a way from this location or at least from Kamiya if you don’t want to destroy your day!!!

I’ve been to this UPS store countless times, and I always feel like a valued customer. I wish I could be a regular so I could lend a hand with their shipping business. I’ve retired now, so I don’t get to do that as much. But trust me, you won’t regret choosing this store!

Dropped off a package for USPS pickup. Staff were zero help when phoned, no attempt to ask about the package, and then equated the security of this business with that of a mailbox while I was on the phone. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Told me I couldn't ship an Amazon item with out a box n didn't want to help me. Didn't even offer to sell me a box or nothing!!! Waiting till y'all get replaced by Amazon shipping companies

The reason for my rating is because of the attention I receive inside the store, the boy greets, is friendly, guides you at all times and makes it easier for you to send your package, my package arrives at its destination safely and the deadline is met. process satisfactorily.

I had a great experience recently at this UPS store. People were very friendly took my return happily when a different UPS store had given me a hassle would highly recommend this location. Parking was easy and easy out and very accommodating.
