Visited the 3912 Battleground location this morning. They were slammed with only 1 employee visible but she rocked it! With all the noise and craziness of the holiday season, Cordella was polite and smiled at each customer she encountered. She was a shining example of what customer service should be. I have visited other UPS stores in the area and have been greeted by some pretty miserable humans. Not this one. Thanks Cordella for the kindness you showed today and for your hard work in getting an extremely long line served quickly. You should definitely be training other locations on excellent customer service!

First, they close way too early on Saturdays (2:30). Secondly, I showed up at closing time and the gates were already up. I guess the employees wanted to get their weekend started early. I won't bother with this place again. Go to the one a couple miles down the street. You'll be much happier.

IF I COULD GIVE IT 0 STARS I WOULD.Had a package sent there. Was told I had to pay 5.00 per package. Jcrew had no idea why I would have to pay. If I had the same package sent to CVS down the street there would have been no charge- these people are crooks and this is fraud. I have contacted the BBB. If they ask you to pay 5.00 per package don't do it!!!!FYI- Jcrew is investigating this and will probably be removing them from their list of Access Points. I'll try to find out if other companies use this location as an Access Point and will encourage them to drop them as well!

Got there at 8am and it was closed. Waited till 8:15 and it was still closed. Don't tell people that you open at 8am when you dont.

Need more than one person working. I have waited for over 30 minutes to ship off an Amazon package. There was 7 people in front me. Should not allow people to do notary work here and hold up the line.

I use this location very often and I must say these guys are very nice and treat their customers well. Especially returning Amazon package is very easy

Was assured that 4 packages shipped on 1/24/2023 would arrive in Avon CO by Friday 1/27/2023. Imagine our dismay that only one package of 4 showed up on the "estimated" time. I attempted to contact this store by phone over 15 times on 1/27/2023 when I discovered that only one package had arrived. No one answered the phone and the voicemail was full. I was on the phone with UPS over 30 minutes to attempt to obtain answers regarding the "delayed" shipment. They kept referring me back to the UPS store. I finally sent and email and received a response today only to find that ground shipments are not assured a delivery date or time. That is the long document you sign and accept. If we had known the delivery date was going to be later then 1/28/2023 we would have looked into other shipping options. Why is this an issues?? These shipments contained our ski equipment, clothing, gloves, and goggles. By the time we will have received these items we will be 1/2 through our ski vacation. In addition several of these items cannot be rented hence no skiing for us with a loss of skiing days on an already paid lift ticket. I also could not find the owner of this UPS franchise despite multiple phone calls and google searches. Apparently that person realizes how bad their services are and can't be bothered to run a responsible business.This is will be last time I willingly use UPS in our area. I will go with FedEx or DHL before I darken the door of a UPS store again.

This is the worst location along with other locations the owner owns. I sent 3 items and the guy that took my packages in weighed all three packages together but only sent one item. They kept my other 2 items or lost so they say. It was 2 10 sub woofers and a 2000 watt amp they sent one speaker. They will not answer the phones and they keep emailing that investigation is being done but there has been no investigation done except what i had to create then they cancelled it. Now i have to go and waste hours of my time creating another investigation through ups which is doing nothing but wasting my time. Now back to the guy that toke my packages he was fired the day after i called about my amp and sub that wasnt delivered. So obviously it show someone toke my items and never sent them...they will not contact me by phone about these items only by email which i find out from ups that they are not doing anything and each claim i creat they cancel. This is stealing so beware of using this store and any others in area. THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THERE CUSTOMER NOR THERE ITEMS THAT THEY SHIP THEY SO FAR HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING TO COMPENSATE ME FOR MY ITEMS THAT THEY MISSPLACED

I am so thankful for the help of Narkeya Rodgers! She was super friendly, very proficient with her service. She handled myself and my services with great care and a smile on her face! I will truly be returning to this location because of her!

Do not use this store!!!Blatantly opened and stole contents from a package shipped from this store. I added insurance to the package and ironically the package was delivered but without the contents. No one at the store will answer a phone call or return a phone call. Having to press charges and file claims with UPS and police dept. complete disrespect from this store. Drive to whatever, any other store, it’s not worth the headache

I have been calling this facility every 30 minutes and no one ever answers. I have tried to leave a voice mail but their voice mail is full.I will keep my mailbox at the facility until it expires in April 2022 but then I will be finding another mailbox somewhere else. I pay too much for the poor service I am receiving. I cannot imagine another facility will be worse!
