Was very rude and unprofessional noncompliant to doing a FOIA form or complaint form. They denied me on both. DID NOT READ RULES AND REGULATIONS BECAUSE IN SECTION 7 IT STATES THAT I DO HAVE THE RIGHT TO RECORD IN A PUBLIC BUILDING MANAGER GAVE ME THE MIDDLE FINGER AS WELL AS EMPLOYEES. CURSING ME OUT WILL BE FINDING OUT POSTMASTER OF THIS LOCATION AND REPORTING EVERYONE OF THEM PLUS POSTING VIDEO ON YOUTUBE.

When I came in, everybody was talking and running their mouths. I finally got recognized and the lady told me to go use the pens in the lobby to write my address, I did, came back and the lady was gone. The man next to her continued to ignore me and address everybody else who came in like 8 whole minutes later and then proceeded to be rude. And when I asked when the lady would come back he said “well you weren’t standing in line” mind you NOBODY was in line. The older black man with glasses and a Jerry curl in his head needs another training on customer service. Wish I knew his name so I could say it but yeah don’t waste your time here. I’m sure any other postal office is better.

They are always so rude here. Just normal information they say in a rude way. Every time I need something from them it’s a battle and they huff and puff and complain about their jobs. I needed a box number from them. Finally got it after talking to managers and the worker came over and said “see how hard it is for us. That’s why we don’t do it”. They had the info I needed. But refused to do it because it was hard. Lovely.

just called to follow up about a package I didn’t receive and filed a claim for. Jennifer upfront gets 5 stars. Give that woman a raise. I would like to add i’m SO SORRY RHONDA. I understand this is an inconvenience for everyone. thank you both for helping me navigate this situation, and delivering our mail every other time with such care.

I would give this post office a zero if possible. I have made several complaints to Jennifer because on several occasions this year my packages have not been delivered & when I issue a missing package complaint Jennifer's response is the case is marked as resolved because tracking number says it was delivered! It says it's delivered but not to me! I stay in a neighborhood where we have a cluster box and on multiple occasions not only have I not received my package but I have received other people's packages and have placed them in the return box. Clearly, someone is being very careless & lazy, just like Jennifer's responses to my claims!

I just saw that terrible rating, when I was checking on the hours. I personally don't get it! It literally started costing me extra $; to use this Post Office (when I moved). However; IT'S SO WORTH IT!!! The employees there are ALWAYS SO NICE! I love that - REAL LIFE HUMANS (?Lol) ... still smile and talk to me IN PERSON!! I pray the day never comes that THEY turn into some of my other destinations..... where it's a machine greeting me or a person forcing me to scan a QR code, etc. I'll close by saying that I 100% recommend this Post Office so much that it inspired a craft project (that I still use today ?)!Respectfully, MS VCHII

I’ve been waiting patiently 2 weeks for my mailbox key which I was told 5-7 business days. I want a refund, I want my mail and it shouldn’t be this hard

Update: My neighbor who had been out of town for a week or so checked their mailbox yesterday, and my package was in there. Clearly the carrier didn't deliver it to the correct box, despite "clearly remembering putting it in the correct box" and they also clearly didn't check the other boxes as they said they did after I had reported that I had not received my package. In the future, Jennifer at Spring Valley should probably consider that the carrier made a mistake/isn't being fully transparent before being extremely rude to a customer, as in this case, it was clearly an error by the carrier. My father sent me a package to my new townhouse that had a few small sentimental items from my late mother. Due to issues getting the mailbox key from the previous owners, it showed delivered for 5 days prior to me being able to access it (thanks to USPS taking a while to replace the lock, which was an entirely different terrible experience as far as rudeness of staff etc.). When I finally had access to my mailbox, my priority envelope was nowhere to be found. When Jennifer reached out via email after I submitted a service request, I was told that the package showed delivered, so there's was nothing else they could do on their end. I called, and had the misfortune of speaking with this woman, who said the carrier specifically remembered putting it into the correct mailbox......(if you deliver A LOT of letters and packages, how on earth could you specifically remember that you put a priority letter from a week ago in the correct box??? For clarity, there are 11 boxes in my townhouse complex). I would not recommend sending ANYTHING via USPS if it has to go through this location to get to the recipient. Also, God help you if you actually have to go inside to this location and need help with anything.

USPS just needs to sell the company or something. It's ridiculous how often they send packages to wrong states. My package now hasn't updated in 4 days just saying in transitMan people tell me it's just as bad actually working for the company so i see why service is so poor.Do the American people a favor and sell your company or fire every big wig and do complete overhaul

If you prioritize one type of customer over another that is the definition of discrimination. I was told if have to move my appointment because they get a line around that time, after telling them I can be in there earlier it was still a no go. When I call a second time the guy agreed on 3:15, I filed a complaint because discriminatory practices are inherently evil. Prioritizing one person over another is a no go.Then when I went in to the 3:15 appointment, the manager/post master decided to wonder why I am filing a complaint, the associates were upset. I found that odd considering the manager was like "They come to me anyway so send them". Then why make it a big deal? Why not just avoid the argument so you don't waste your time, which you claim to be precious? Precious enough to the point where you'll cancel 10+ people's appointments. This is an injustice. Most of my friends that work at USPS have stated it's a challenge to get a job as everyone wants a job there, so maybe that is untrue. But if it is true I imagine they are making claims of being short staffed because USPS doesn't allocate the resources. That said if you close the door at 4 no matter if a line is around you cannot prioritize one person over another. Just let people be in line, take there picture, move on.I have worked on instances where I'm short staffed, but I've also waited patiently in a USPS line for 45 minutes, with no complaint. You will however receive these complaints if the service isn't there. I had to ask about another time. None of your employees offered an alternative, and that was after we couldn't come to an agreement on the first phone call, which I was hung up on. The excuse was "Oh I said goodbye" from the associate. Thanks for letting know that it's acceptable to say "Goodbye" and end phone calls whenever it's convenient for you.
