“I had an excellent experience here! The customer service was outstanding from the moment I arrived. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s refreshing to come across a place where the staff actually cares about their customers. The prices are also fantastic and very reasonable for the quality of service you receive. You truly get great value for your money without sacrificing quality. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for friendly service, great prices, and an overall excellent experience. I’ll absolutely be coming back!”

“Hands up or down this is the ONLY vape shop to consider!!! They have a wonderful selection and don’t hesitate to give honest reviews of the product! They also post management’s phone contact if there is ever a problem. It was a small situation that I experienced and I reached out to management. I was contacted within the hour! The management EXCEEDED my expectations by far with the resolution and handled the situation EXPEDITIOUSLY. It’s rare to find a shop with excellence both products and service. The Vape Emporium is IT ladies and gentlemen! Please go see for yourself! I’ll probably see you there!?”

“The guy I spoke with (maybe the owner) was so kind! I came in looking for beads in bulk (they do sell locally made beaded bracelets but not what I needed) and he recommended others stores where I could find what I was looking for. Just a great vibe and super nice staff!”

“Paco was fantastic! I had been to several other shops with young kids working that had no idea what they were selling. I came in looking for something specific, for personal medical reasons that I am not too keen to disclose. He was awesome the entire time. Gave me good information and never made me feel awkward about the exchange once. I told him what I was dealing with and he was quick with exactly what I would need, while taking in consideration of my lifestyle and what i was looking for. The customer service was fantastic. On top of that, again, the vast selection of literally everything was great. Definitely my new shop for vapes and other products going forward.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Absolutely Worth the Trip! My spouse and I were in town visiting family, having traveled 3½ hours from out of state, and we’re so glad we stopped by Glass City — hands down the best smoke shop we’ve ever been to! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and relaxed, with a clean, well-organized layout that made browsing a breeze. The selection was incredible — everything from top-quality glass pieces to accessories and unique finds, all at shockingly reasonable prices. Not to mention everything is CLEARLY priced. You can tell they take pride in offering great value without compromising on quality. A special shoutout to Bleu, who went above and beyond. Bleu was extremely respectful, informative, and just a genuinely cool person to talk to. They answered all our questions with patience and knowledge and made us feel totally welcome. The conversation we had wasn’t just helpful — it was enjoyable and memorable. We left feeling like we had just visited a local gem. If you’re anywhere near the area, Glass City is 100% worth checking out — even if you have to make a trip like we did. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in town!”

“I’ve been to every glass city in Greensboro at this point and I don’t know how to rate the delivery service alone but A+ overall I’ve never had a problem with my glass or any kind of products and they for sure are attentive if you have something wrong. Better than door dash 10/10 would recommend!”

“I’ve been here a couple times now and I have to say the prices are very fair especially compared to gas stations and other convenience stores. Most vape shops in the area have tried to force products on me that I wasn’t interested in, that’s never been an issue here. I went in wanting to try something new and Natalie was a huge help! She has personally tried many of the items and she allowed me to test my products before I left. I highly recommend you shop here first!”

“*Not Ai * Smokey Shay’s never disappoints. The service is great every time I come in, and the staff always makes you feel welcome. A huge shoutout to Jordan and John for going above and beyond. My wallet had been missing for almost three months, and when they found it, they didn’t just leave it at that. They took the initiative to look for my phone number and address so they could get in touch with me and return it. That kind of honesty, effort, and customer service is hard to find these days. Thank you, Jordan and John, for your help and professionalism. Businesses are only as good as their people, and Smokey Shay’s has some great ones. Highly recommend!”
