DO NOT LET THESE FOOLS TOUCH YOUR ACCOUNT!!! Sydney lied straight to our faces and pushed for my husband to switch from a personal account to a business account and get a promo to upgrade our phones as well. Complete and utter nightmare. Assured my husband credit wouldn’t be pulled (it was and dropped 30 points), said we would keep our Hulu, Disney +, etc (we didn’t), said our bill would go down to $182 and some change (it didn’t), and that our first billed would be just a little higher (try almost TRIPLED). Couldn’t get into either online account because they added me as a user instead of an admin (like they swore they took care of). Even the manager here assured us several times that everything was gonna be just fine and no need to worry.Fast forward to yesterday—can’t pay the bill online cause we can’t get into our online account, call customer service but they just have an automated system that sends you a link telling you to login (but can’t ?) so I call the store and am told I’ll have to come in (double ?). Today my service stops working and I get a notification service is disconnected for past due payment. LOL!I decide to stop dealing with these incompetent people altogether and go to the Verizon wireless store in Burlington (Shelton was incredible) and a competent person who actually cared about what he was doing, was able to help me in about 10 minutes get everything that I needed taken care of.Once I got into my online account, I see a balance of over $1,200!!!! Mind you, I just paid the “little bit more than usual” bill of almost $350! Apparently someone didn’t do the trade in or switch the accounts correctly and now EVERYTHING is screwed up and they think they’re gonna charge me $1,200 when they have caused nothing but issues, MADE ME LOSE MONEY WHEN MY SERVICE THAT I USE TO RUN A BUSINESS was disconnected, and when I called this store to tell them all this they “don’t know where that balance is coming from”.If you love yourself even a little, don’t go to this store and ABSOLUTELY don’t deal with Sydney, which I was told has not even been there 90 days so PLEASE explain why y’all are letting her switch or set up anyone’s account when she CLEARLY has no idea what she’s doing!I have my lawyer on standby should they not choose to do the right thing.

My husband and I are in our mid 70s and are technically challenged. We came in to the Verizon store and Bruno greeted us at the door, took his time explaining our problem and fixed it for us. Then he took my phone and transfered the data to a new phone I brought with me. He was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience in a situation that would ordinarily have caused us stress. Thank you, Bruno, I am going to adopt you as my grandson! ?

I stopped by this store today and requested to have my new iPad and Apple Watch updated with my account that I purchase from the Apple Store on Friendly Avenue in Greensboro. Bruno the customer service guy came to me and asked what I needed help with. I told him what I needed help with. He was able to get my iPad and Apple Watch updated with my Verizon account. He was very nice. I appreciated his service. Thank you for your help.

Brunno we went to the store explained we were having trouble with our old phones . He was patient professional and got us 2 new phones. Glad he was there solved our problems..

I really can't express how very disappointed I am and was disappointed. Had to jump through hoops to get problem solved. However, the store on South-Elm and Eugene Street was most helpful.

Brunno Biller is the absolute best!!! I am always hesitant to make changes on my phone accts because it’s always a mess. He set up all our new phones and it was totally pain free!! Thanks Verizon for hiring awesome associates like Brunno!!

Ashley was terrific! We both needed to update our phones and watches and she took care of everything. She found us the best deals. She got us the equipment that we wanted. She has been available for questions via text. Highly recommend.

Worse visit a Verizon Store yet. Sales rep. was acting as if he sets the Verizon plan for you. That's without asking the customer. He hung up on 3 customer service reps when he was trying to find out about my account that was actually canceled the end of March. Didn't need a phone due to no longer driving trucks. Which was the only reason I acquired the services in 2019. I asked about reconnecting the services and if possible get the same number. He proceeded to put a new sim card in my phone trashed the old one. I told him not to throw it away. He said I could no longer use it. Well, I actually called customer service and the gave me Services using that same sim card. This location has to be taken advantage of the older generation. Bc they all act as if their doing you a favor and not there to just assist customers. It's very light traffic at this location. I know it has to be mainly because of its customer service. If at all possible if you're gonna visit a Verizon store location in Greensboro, NC go to the corporate location on Wendover Avenue by Costco. Stay away from the poor customer service at 4002 Elton Way Suite 109. Try Westover Terrace or New Garden location. Don't let these sales reps tell you what plan you're getting from them. Ask what plans are available. Please get all details bc the price they give you is based on AUTOPAY not the actual cost of the plan straight out. Word play to misguide you into thinking you gonna play this amount and it be something different at the end of everything. Back what your bill will be every month with taxes. The sales rep was from Brasil and can't remember his name. He skinny but trys to put plans on you period. Talks like he is above everyone but works for Verizon..lol! I shared my concerns with customer service already. All while trying to get service. But she didn't want to hear it. Just wanted me to get service. In which I went the prepaid bc of all the problems I was having getting service.

Didn't have a good experience in this store. Wanted to upgrade phone and sales were very pushy. Kept trying to run credit when constantly told them no. This isn't even a "Verizon" store, its a franchise or something.

Well at this Verizon location I was assisted by DaJonnae’ she helped me upgrade my phone and in detail explaining to me my options for an upgrade and what all was required. Great customer service a had an inviting smile on her face when helping. I also have a business and she was helping me to explore these options about transferring to a business account if needed.
