BEWARE OF TRADING YOUR PHONE IN AND GETTING YOUR REBATE. We turned in two iphones in sept 2023. I have the receipt showing a $2,000 rebate for the special they were running if you bought the new iPhones. After months and months of going to the same location and speaking to them about the trade in on the iphones, they only gave us $255 rebate. We turned in two, show $2,000 for our rebate price, one iphone was fine this other iPhone has been nothing but a battle, and their best is $255. I HAVE THE RECIEPT, DATE, AND TIME WE WERE DROPPING THESE PHONES OFF. This isn't the only time we have had issues with being wronged with Verizon, which is why we went in person to the Wendover store in Greensboro Nc. I don't know if we will ever see our money that is due to us, but I can tell you I give this store no stars if I could.

I had some problems with billing and my trading, but the good thing was that they fixed It. everywhere is going to have problems. But what's important is how they handle the solution. I'd recommend them.

I had the most amazing experience at the Verizon off of Wendover!!!! I came in because my son’s phone was on backorder. And I needed to purchase insurance. Lexi was the representative I worked with she was very professional, kind, efficient, very knowledgeable, she offered Netflix and HBO Max to me for much cheaper than what I am paying currently!! She made me smile and my son is going to be so excited to get his phone!! Also, I was greeted immediately when I walked through the door. Minimal wait time! Also, when Lexi called to cancel my online order the representative was extremely nice and knowledgeable!!! The vibe was awesome, just an Overall outstanding experience!!!

Lexus was wonderful to work with at the Verizon store on Wendover! Went above and beyond to help us right before Christmas! Definitely ask for her!

There was so many tables in the store and no ‘standard looking customer service counter’ (poor commercial design) As a new customer I was lost as to who or where to get help from after buying my phone online the day before and not getting a proper notification about pick up meanwhile I’m standing here now, no one greeted me or the 5 other customers behind me or said we’ll be right with you. A simple customer service gesture that you never seem to get anywhere in today’s world.

Great location! The reps are always helpful when I walk in. It’s my first month with Verizon and unfortunately I’ve experienced a few issues but between the reps JD & Lexus and the GM Brittany I was able to get things resolved. I appreciate them so much! I love good customer service. They all were friendly and efficient. Thank you!!

They couldn't handle my problem in the store, so they handed me a list of phone numbers and sent me on my way. NOT pleased with the customer service at all. At least I got someone on the phone who had a clue. Verizon, you need to up your game.

Waste of time don’t go to this location. Staff were very rude and just didn’t care at all. Communication was terrible and I needed an upgrade and they told me they didn’t have any iPhone in the store and kept forcing the iPhone 15 on me which doesn’t come out till months. Went to New Garden and was WAYYYY better!

This was my first time ordering online to pick up in store through the locker system. I just want to say thank you to the associates at the front of the store that helped point me in the right direction. Cavonte' went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for my new purchase. He took his time to help me pick out a screen protector and the additional accessories that I needed. Even though my main purchase was done online, I appreciated the personable and professional customer service that I received in the store. I would definitely recommend this location for all of your in store Verizon needs! Job well done to the group working this evening. I can't wait to use my new phone!
