They are nice and friendly but they do need to work on answering the phone a little better. I know they can be busy at time and they need to stop asking all the time if you want to buy your house every time you go to pay your rent.

Seems to be well run and a clean environment. Community where there's a number of different types of people living in a reasonably adjusted housing property. Close to a school and other things such as a major shopping road.

So I did a application for Village park #28 they did not let me know they sold that property and I have section8 and the property manager give me a hard time because they know how section8 go and she did not give me time to get all of my paperwork turn in and waited into I paid the application fee to tell me I got denied
