Everyone was so kind and helpful. I really love the fact that they knew their stuff. Very knowledgeable on the products. I mentioned what I needed and was looking for, and she knew right where to go. Will be coming inside to order versus online now on. I went online because customer service was always friendly at other places.

Never order online and pickup at the store, you never know what you will get.I ordered a product and got something else. I had to go in to do a refund after I called and asked why I got something I didn't order. The girl at the desk thought it was kinda funny until I told her the reason I didn't get out and come in to get my order is because I have a tear in my knee, she quit laughing after that.

I went in today to pickup and online order that I placed. 3 out of the 4 items got cancelled and reverted back to my card. My 4th item did not cancel due to the fact they had the item in stock. I go inside and speak to Todd who is at the front desk and I let him know that I called the store earlier to explain my online order situation. I proceeded to tell him I also redeemed a $10 reward that has not been applied. He said yes the worker made a note of that and understood the situation from the morning worker that I called and spoke to. When I go to ring out my items in the store, Todd wants to charge me for the online order that I placed and went through. I told him why was I charged again for the same item when I have been charged already for that item. He then tells me to show him proof so I do on my bank statement. Todd didn’t care and proceeded to give me an attitude and charged me again for the item. I ended up getting the item I paid for online (he charged me again for) as well as two cases of protein shakes. Before I walked out of the store, I looked at my receipt and asked todd why he didn’t apply my $10 reward and todd said because he(himself) didn’t want to. Then proceeded to tell me to get out of the store. Honestly I was bewildered how he acted and as to why?? Also Todd murmured under his breath and called me the b word. I can’t believe HQ would hire someone like Todd to represent their company. Horrible attitude and refuses to follow rules. Todd does not have any bit of patience to be in the customer care business and simply treats customers how TODD wants.

Stopped in for Seagate Olive Leaf Nasal Spray, but no longer carried by VS. Was able to find a propolis nose spray on sale that will get us through our trip.Associate 999907 was very friendly, helpful, kind, and engaging - hope he had a great "friends giving", and that he is honored as an employee for his service.

I absolutely love this place. I never feel like I am overcharged, or they attempt to sell me something I don't need. They are thoughtful, and knowledgeable. I don't mind spending a single penny there. Justin is that dude, too. He always makes me feel welcomed, and always has advice or recommendations. I had to get some ginger chews they really helped me with my stomach ? ginger help upset stomach calm down a little constructing inside the only thing I didnt like the guy said buy one n another something like u get 20%off the second bag so he asked what was my# I couldn't remember so I didn't get the%off full price!

Manager saw I was walking up ten minutes prior to closing and locked the door in my face. After I asked to be let in he claims the system is down. How does he know it will stay down until they close. If they want to go home early please update Google hours.

Came here on 1/21 and right when I walked though the doors I was welcomed and helped with all of my needs and questions! I felt like I belonged here and I was very happy with the service and the supplements that I got! Even though i don’t live in this area the drive here is so worth it and not only that I will be telling my friends and family about this place that they will be getting more out of town business! A major thank you to the gentleman that helped me yesterday! He is one of the reasons on why I will be back!

They've cut way back on having numerous products in stock. I'm not crazy about being forced to order on line. I do get my rewards. Prices are pretty reasonable.
