“I never leave reviews but I had to for this place. The conditioning work they have done with my middle schooler is amazing. During Covid he had surgery on each foot , to only get back to basketball out of shape and then break his arm. Feeling down and out after a disappointing basketball season, I enrolled him in their program and it’s the best money I have ever spent. Not only does he actually LOVE to go and work hard but he is getting in great shape, better than pre surgeries. He enjoys the trainers and environment and has not once complained about going. That’s saying a lot for a 12 yr old lol. He is getting stronger and most importantly his confidence is back. AWOL rocks !”

“I purchased some vitamins for my son and daughter about 8 months ago. They absolutely loved them, actually tasted it myself and it didn’t leave a weird after taste. This is our 4th bottle of kids multi vitamin and i have notice that they haven’t been sick as often since they have started taking them. It has really helped there immune system. Definitely recommend! Also the hair and nail vitamins I absolutely love!!!”
“I have been a customer for many many years. Invaluable knowledge and experience shared by owner at every visit! It's like a personal consult where she looks at my needs holistically, even my medical problems and what was prescribed. She doesn't give medical advice, of course, but, she really knows her products so you know what would and would not give the most benefit. I have never seen her make a sale to up the bill. In fact, there are times when she has said, "no don't buy both now, let's do this first and reassess in X weeks and go from there" then we will add on as needed - like it's done in medical practice.I have had times where I dont have much money and can say, I can't get it all now so what's the most important.”

“I really wanted to like this place, and overall I did. It's the best option for more serious trainees who need stronger products that Vitamin Shoppe and GNC don't carry. Staff was nice and helpful enough. My only issue, is the lack of variety. Especially the pre workouts. Many are essentially the same or very similar ingredient wise and they're missing super hot/effective pre's that are very popular/effective right now. Go for this store over the aforementioned competitors if you consider yourself a more intermediate to veteran lifter. Ask questions if needed. The staff are usually very informed on these subject. Good store.”
